“These girls were INCREDIBLE. They were so helpful, brought me multiple sizes and brands of the scrubs I needed, and were so patient with me while I was deciding what to get. The prices are crazy affordable and the quality of the scrubs are amazing ( I got a Cherokee scrub top and bottom for $35 ). Cleveland Clinic employees get a 10% off discount as well! If you need scrubs, you need to go here.”
“Reddrick is helpful and knowledgeable. He spent a ton of time helping me get comfortable and finding the right fit. I came back today and we made an adjustment, requiring an exchange of two of the three insoles I had purchased. I was invited back in no uncertain terms for additional adjustments as needed, and it is all included in the original price of the orthotics. Not to mention the opportunity to enjoy the interval between measurement and trying the orthotics on with my feet on this massager! This is how orthotic purchases should be.”

But the best part of all is their Birkenstock selection. If you are looking to buy unique Birkenstocks, they have basically every style and every color imaginable!”

“Never been to a boot store been on Amazon and walmart, my 15 dollar walmart boots had my feet soaked today. Googled nearest boot store found the red wing store. When I walked in I was greeted and asked if I needed help I walked around for a bit came back he helped me measure my feet answered every question I had even let me try on the boots to see how they felt and looked. Loved the experience will definitely be back. great group”

“I went to Hibbett Sports to find some shoes for my 2 granddaughters and it was a great experience. The light skinned lady that assisted me today was very professional and persistent in her job. She also tried to find some shoes in my size. But unfortunately they didn't carry a size 13 or 14.And the cashier kushy. Was very nice and professional as well. I will return to the Hibbett Sports on e.116 th street again.”

“Exceptional! My son's pants were tailored to perfection. It's difficult to clothe a teen who is 6'5 while preserving his youth. They were patient understanding and shared thoughts and ideas. It was a great experience they treated us like family. I haven't been here is so many years used to come with my Dad and nothing has changed I appreciate the experience my son walked away with he wasn't scarred he can't stand clothes shopping that entails trying on but they made it simple and bearable.”

She was extremely helpful, getting pairs of boots off the top shelf for me, WHILE also helping a family with 3 children get fitted for snow boots, WHILE also ringing customers out at the front. I don't know how she juggled it all, but she did it beautifully with such a kind smile, and informative answers to my questions. She made my visit exceptional. Went there with my closest friends and had the best time ever. We purchased new boots, got them branded, got our old boots cleaned up....all whilst enjoying beverages and listening to good music.

“Spent two hours looking for nice water resistant shoes all over town. Stumbled upon this store and was pleasantly surprised with the selection!
I told Charles what I was looking for and he was quick with pulling out the right size.

“Will probably stop in again at a later date and see if there are better employees working. We were ignored for the first 15 minutes we were there, and when someone did come over and ask if we needed assistance, they said they couldn't help but we could do this. There was next to no one in the store and once I figured out who the employees were we could have easily been helped. As there were more than enough people working to spare one to help a customer. I tried on a few pairs of shoes but ultimately left empty handed. This was my first time in this store, I'll give it another try maybe. But honestly I was looking for/needed shoes and the assistance could have actually granted them a sale.”
“I love the experience I had with the management here. Daniel and Richard helped me with everything I need. Also helped me with purchasing myself two new long boards and my one year old his first Pen board. Both workers were just standing at the register having their own conversation like customers weren't there, no greeting or anything.
