“Love your subs and prices.My husband and I order from you and have never been disappointed.But, I think that sometimes your staff doesn't take the time to listen to what is being ordered.We ordered 2 whole Italian subs.1 with lettuce, onion and tomato.The second one with lettuce, onion and mayo.Neither one had any salami and pepperoni, just ham and the one with tomato had no tomato.We ate them and they were very good, but wanted you to beaware.I still would have given you a 5 if not for the mistake.We will order again, but will check our sandwiches before we drive back to wheeling.”
