“Had a wonderful experience at A+ Auto in Mt Vernon. Devin Green was incredible to work with. We accomplished most of what I needed over the phone since I live in New Concord, Ohio. A good hr. away. When I arrived he had the perfect vehicle picked out for me and was well informed about the vehicle answering all my questions . He was polite, professional and also fun! He had paperwork prepared quickly and made my purchase go smoothly. Thank you Devin and A+ Auto!”
“Amazing customer service and got the job done quick and right! It was my first time there but won’t be my last. They swapped out some tires for my Grand Cherokee not a big job for them but a big job for me thanks so much!”
“Had an appointment at another place for some services. Newer to the area and heard about this place since the one with my appointment didn't work out. I called this place at 10am. Asked if they were able to mount and balance 5 tires total on this date. I figured it was a no. I was wrong. They said they could take it in two hours from the call and get it done. I showed up a bit early as I always do to everything. They still took it in early, got all the work done in a reasonable amount of time. If you're looking for quality work and good customer service from a mom and pop style shop, this is the place. I will be a recurring customer from this point on. They even installed wheel spacers I had purchased in order to help with larger tires. Honest service and didn't try to sell a bunch of unnecessary stuff either.
Thank you. Prices also very reasonable.”
“Staff was so helpful and friendly, they didn't make me feel pressured or talk down to me like I've experienced with other mechanics in the area, they were all super kind and answered any questions I had in a way that I could understand. Will be back for any maintenance I need in the future.”
“UPD: Had to ask these guys for help a couple of times since my original review and I'll never go anywhere else. They're so nice and fix everything fast! Thank you.
Original Review from 2024: Thank you so much for having my tires fixed. I thought it was a bad sensor. Oh boy was I wrong. They fix everything and quick. Couldn't recommend more!”
“Very fair, efficient and fast. I sent my teenage daughter for her first rotate and reseal after a hard winter on her first care. They made it easy and comfortable for a young lady that had no clue what she was doing. I a. A customer from here on out.”
“I had an emergency situation, car wouldn’t start, and the employee who answered the phone got right to work getting me back on the road. She was incredibly professional and kind—and effective! A wonderful experience.”

“Unbelievable teamwork that caused a swift balance and rotation of tires. (secret they beat Walmart prices anyday)
I buy local when I can. So now we are getting an alignment. Mechanic said you might want to replace those lug nuts. I said go ahead. He said just order from Amazon, cheaper.
That my friend is good ole customer service. (and putting them on for me also)
Need i say anything more?”
