I had to get new tires for my SUV and they were super helpful in guiding me to the right tires for what I needed. Tires came in the next day, and they had them on and ready to go within an hour or so. Then, I just took it in again after my brakes started grinding. They took a quick look and sent me home in a loaner car, ended up calling me SAME DAY and had everything fixed within a few hours (back brake pad replacement and rotors). “Great customer service, very reasonable price and work was done in a timely manner!! We needed a fuel line replaced on our truck and needed it done as soon as possible. I called and talked with Jim told him what we needed and we needed done as soon as possible. He told me to get it to them and they would get it done by the next day. The next day we called them because we hadn’t heard from them yet! Not only did they have it done the same day (which I or them wrote my phone number down wrong) and tried calling us. The cost for the repair and an oil change was very low compared to what we thought it was going to be. Also, Jim took the time to look at our extended warranty on our other vehicle to see if they could take care of any issues we have with it. To say they went above and beyond is an understatement! “I really appreciate the manager and the technicians. If an issue came up, they came to me show me and showed me the options in order to get it fixed and left it up to me. They did not push me one way or another of what to do. As a woman taking your vehicle anywhere, when there is a bunch of male staff there usually falls in the category of them. Trying to say, this is what wrong with your vehicle or that is wrong with your vehicle. That is not the case here the manager is a female and she does not Allow that kind of shenanigans and I appreciate that.”

“Visiting central Ohio for a music festival, came all the way from Boston, MA. Our ambient temperature sensor went bad and we had no air conditioning in the truck. Stopped by this dealership to ask some questions, they offered to fix it. Got us right in (went out of the way to do so because we were from out of town). Replaced and recalibrated the sensor and charged us $26. The staff was friendly and so very helpful when they could've told us they didn't have time for us. Just lovely, lovely people. Thank you, you guys really saved our weekend. An 11 hour drive home with no a/c would've been awful.”
