And then we’ll get to the staff the one lady I met and talked to her name was Jackie, and she is the loveliest lady I’ve ever met ever in my life And she was so helpful with us. She has amazing communication skills. She knows just how to get someone to wanna live there. So shout out to Jackie for being so amazing she deserves a raise!!”

“Loving my new home! The property manager, Kim Gross, has been exceptional during the whole process. From applying/approval, up until move in day, and ever since! No doubt Kim is very passionate about making sure all of her residents are 100% satisfied with their home. I think she loves each and every one of her residents! There was a slight delay with the move in due to the gas meter install, so absolutely nothing that Redwood had control over - I do not fault them at all for this set back. It was worth the wait, anyways! At this time they are still building more homes, so there is some dirt around. But boy do they do a good job keeping things clean where residents have already moved in. The construction folks mostly enter and exit on the end of the property where no one is living yet. I'm honestly just over the moon with my unit. I have two boys, so not having someone living below us and hearing their running back and forth was super important to me. If you are considering living here, just reach out to Kim Gross, she's super sweet and will help you beyond your expectations.”

“It's been 2 months stay in Island Club Apartments, stay is very nice and they have done excellent renovation to the apartment unit. We love it. Only concern we have is electricity bill which is way higher than what is expected and compare to other Apartments. There is portion of gas usage charges in bill which has fixed charge of 31$ every month which look odd. Request you to investigate.”

I like to build my own bouquets and there is never a shortage of people here who have the patience and knowledge to make it perfect. Karen was especially helpful on my last visit and even opened the door for me after they were closed so I could get my flowers. I will definitely be back!”

“My wife and I have been here for two years, about to renew for our 3rd, and love it. I'll update when we move out if there are any issues but I really don't have many complaints.The grounds and pool are always clean and well maintained, it's relatively quiet for an apartment, any issues are swiftly addressed.They did have some no-name internet provider whose support team was in India and could never help beyond directing you to restart the router but have since brought in Spectrum. Even then we only ever had a couple issues with the old provider but when you did it took a couple days to get a technician out.The apartment was nice when we moved in. 3rd floor is a hike but the ceilings make the place feel so much more spacious. Love the included accent wall. There were some dusty vents and holes leftover from the previous tenant hanging something but nothing major.When our water heater went they had someone in to repair it the next day. When that didn't solve the problem it was replaced the day after. When we had wasp nests outside the stairs it was taken care of by the time we got back home 15 minutes later.Rent is competitive, although of course I wish it was cheaper, and they haven't tried to cheat us on renewals like previous places have. Rent increases both times have been slightly below the new move in rate.I wish we had a larger single compartment sink with a disposal instead of the dinky two compartment sink that makes cleaning large items difficult but that's nitpicking.My biggest gripe is their pet policy. A $500 non-refundable deposit on top of pet rent is a little ridiculous. The pet rent is fairly standard, if ridiculous because why do you need pet rent if the deposits are there to cover damages, but the deposit itself is higher than anywhere else we've lived before - and those were refundable.”

He was able to understand the situation and visited the house on Saturday night, spoke Duke Energy on behalf of me, and taken necessary steps to notify management and engaging an electrician next day (Sunday), getting the issue fixed on time. “Amazing place to living, Palmera definitely is the better place in Mason, very clean place, all amenities work pretty good, the apartments are so new, maintenance of common areas is always up to date!The insulation of the apartments works well, which saves energy, and a very valid point is that your utility bill is very fair.I couldn't help but mention the super kind staff, willing to do the best for our family, I would like to mention in particular, Sydney Bode and Jack very nice people, good professionals.Very good neighbors!”
