“Update after two years - Moved into my second apartment within Somerset to a slightly larger house.
It's been a wonderful experience at the previous house and given the location of Somerset between Kroger and Walmart moving within Somerset was an easy decision.
We love the new apartment and the move in experience was great. There were few minor things which needed to be fixed and they addressed it right away. The management is great and very friendly. Tiffany and Team are doing a great job!!
Overall I am super happy that I am continuing my stay at Somerset. Highly recommend.”
“I lived at these apartments from 2024-2026 and they were incredible. The apartments were newly updated and in good condition. What set these apartments apart from the rest was the staff. Alex, Todd, and Jason were great and I couldn't have asked for better. Also, the maintenance crew was great also. Most maintenance was completed same day and was done well. Overall, I would recommend this place to close family and friends!”

From the moment she warmly welcomed us into her office, we knew that we were in good hands. Highly professional and knowledgeable, she answered all our many questions and escorted us to see an available unit. Ashleigh was a pleasure to work with! We couldn’t have asked for a more positive experience, even though the application process was very difficult. “Super highly recommend West Chester Place if you're looking for an apartment in the area. I stayed in a 2b unit from 2019-2024 (purchased a house) and only good things to say about it. Bill was a really great landlord and I'd see/chat with him around the complex when I would walk my pup.
I lived here for a good chunk of time and I feel the rent/pricing was always more than fair and stayed pretty consistent considering the size of the unit that I was in.”

“The entire team of Savoy is OUTSTANDING!!!! The property office has the perfect team in Hannah (Property Manager) and Mckenna (Leasing Consultant). The maintenance team is just as superb. Danny (Senior Maintenance Supervisor), John, and Damian made sure any work order; maintenance emergency; or weather impact was handled professionally, swiftly, and with compassion. ALL common maintenance issues were completed in under 24hrs of notification. Emergencies were handled with the proper attention. Any major issues were communicated and completed in a timely manner, with little to no inconvenience.
Hannah and Mckenna made the property feel like a home. They took every concern, from minute to extreme, the same way. The property office nurtured a tight knit feel for the community. I would recommend Savoy to EVERYONE looking to live in a community where kids are safe; adults enjoy fantastic community events; and a staff that genuinely cares about the people. HILLS Properties has a gold mine in Savoy.”

“Visited Arbors of Lebanon having zeroed onto Lebanon as a possible stroller/biker friendly retirement community. Had tge fantastic luck of having Kat as a guide. Due to paving work at the complex we shuffled the visit on the fly and I got a great look at tge small but immaculate complex with fantastic staff (C-Suite take notice) Not only did Kat get it, she suggested where to visit in historic downtown and even (management company C-Suite take note) took the time to suggest another property managed by the group in Loveland, another small village in Ohio. Besides Kat, the site is right near the historic downtown so followed up with a visit to the reason for my being there and was not disappointed. A must on anyone's list, go have a look and be treated. Keep up the great work.”

“We have lived here at Hunter’s Run for over 7 years. We are so happy to be here. For the price, square feet, and amenities, I don’t think there is a better place to live in Lebanon than here. The manager Ganeen does an excellent job keeping the place safe, clean, and welcoming. She also keeps on top of maintenance and does an amazing job for the size of the complex.”

“Grew up here and even though it was infested with cockroaches it was still better than the streets. From 1-8 years old I grew up in these apartments and some of my greatest memories were from here. It was not the apartment nor was it the pool but the friends that I made along the way. I first met my greatest friends here and to this day I will trust them with my life.

“I did have one pretty bad customer service experience here, but overall it has been very pleasant. Maintenance issues are handled in a timely manner, and the maintenance person is extremely kind. Thinner walls, so don't expect zero noise from neighbors, but I thinks that's the case with most apartments.”
