About Nicholas Place Apartments

Nicholas Place Apartments offers a welcoming and comfortable living experience with beautiful and spacious units. The apartments are well-designed, featuring generous amenities such as a decent-sized pool, a 24-hour fitness center, and a well-kept clubhouse. Though the appliances are somewhat older and the finishes are basic, residents appreciate the ample storage space, including a utility room and large closets. The community is pet-friendly, making it an attractive option for families. However, some residents have noted that noise can be an issue, as sounds from neighboring units can be easily heard, which may pose challenges for families with young children. The maintenance staff is highly praised for being friendly and prompt in addressing repairs, contributing to a positive living environment. The landscaping is tidy, enhancing the overall appeal of the community. With a great location close to essential amenities, Nicholas Place Apartments is a recommended choice for those seeking a pleasant apartment living experience.

Recently moved in and very satisfied with the apartment thusfar. Very clean & neat on move-in, Emilee & Kira in the main office took care of us throughout the full application and move-in process and were very easy to work with.

I did have one pretty bad customer service experience here, but overall it has been very pleasant. Maintenance issues are handled in a timely manner, and the maintenance person is extremely kind. Thinner walls, so don't expect zero noise from neighbors, but I thinks that's the case with most apartments.

The apartments are in a great location and close to everything you would need! The amenities offered are what I was looking for. They have a 24-hour fitness center and pool! The layout of the apartment is designed well. I have loved the community and would highly recommend it if you are looking for a place!
