“I've been to a couple different auto repair places in town and this one takes the crown for sure.
After taking on the oil pan repair myself, I messed up my oil filter cooler, which resulted in a small leak, and then a very large leak. I had to get it towed, and a friend of mine recommended R&M. I called them, and although they couldn't make it work at first, they called me back after rearranging their schedule and got me in.
They worked on the car as soon as it got there, and was done by noon the next day. I had the part already coming my way, and it arrived earlier which really helped the process.
They were honest, forward, and a great price. Probably the cheapest I've ever had to spend for a repair like this.
Overall, I highly recommend. Don't forget to tip your technician either, they're very grateful.”

“HONESTY = AUTOMEDIC. I have been a regular customer of AUTOMEDIC since 2020. AUTOMEDIC team is always helpful and gives me good guidance on what is required and what is not. At least 3 times they never charged a penny as it was very minor, they could have charged but no. It is not in their ethics. GO TO AUTOMEDIC, SUPPORT LOCAL HONEST Business.”

“I recently had my 2011 Mercedes E350 serviced at Uro Wreks, and the experience exceeded all my expectations! They managed a comprehensive list of maintenance tasks, including changing the oil and filter, swapping out the air filter, and replacing the headlight bulbs. They also meticulously checked and replaced the spark plugs, cleaned and replaced the cabin air filter, and replaced both the transmission fluid and filter, ensuring every aspect of my car was in top shape.
What truly impressed me was their exceptional attention to detail and proactive approach. During the service, they discovered corrosion on the rear subframe and rear brake lines. Rather than merely noting the issue, they coordinated with the Mercedes dealership and successfully arranged for the parts to be replaced under an extended warranty. “Called ahead to see if they could fix a flat tire while we waited at a specific time. Upon arrival, we check-in, and they took the car back within a few minutes and within 30 minutes we were finished and on our way. The tire was repaired at a reasonable cost.”
“Bought and had tires installed (10/08/2024) Good options. Dropped car off at 6pm. They were done at 6:45 and sent a txt. I unfortunately didn’t get the txt until 7:15 (my fault) and the service center was closed and no one to help at the auto care center. Found a manager / team lead (Jaden possibly?) and they were able to get us our keys and check us out. Could’ve been a terrible experience, but staff made it 10/10”
