“I went to the Mason location to update my new address, check on shared locations for my upcoming new location, and get the process to set up online access. Patina Patel assisted me from behind the counter. She authorized my accounts so I was able to download the app while there. She was very kind, explaining the different steps. She also provided CD info for higher rates of interest. A full service experience!”

“I experienced a situation with my debit card which caused my bank account to be restricted. Stephanie at the Mason branch location was amazing and worked on fixing this situation. She resolved it in a way that did not require opening a new account and my new debit card was overnighted to my home address versus regular mail to make sure I got it quickly; I never asked for this, Stephanie just automatically did so for excellent customer service. I really appreciate Stephanie and she always has such a cheerful demeanor when I encounter her; great lady!”

“We just moved here to Mason a year ago. Wells Fargo moved ALL of their locations out of this area/State. So now we are going to move our business accounts also. I had fraud last Friday and dealt with the online Fraud division over the weekend. Then came in and Helen helped me get a new account/card/everything. I have also dealt with Rob and he is nice also. Then now we are dealing with Lacey to open new accounts and she is sharp and helpful also. I am the first one to say we get HORRIBLE service, but I am also the first one to say we got GREAT service.
