Staff here at the front desk were absolutely wonderful people. Room was great. Netflix. Pool and hot tub area were good. Location is great — Near Kings Island, chain restaurants, and shopping areas.

We walked in here for a room after having a bad experience down the road. The lady at the front desk was super helpful. We got 2 rooms, adjoining. Rooms were nice and clean. Pool area is nice. Hotel is clean. Breakfast was good too. I cant thank the nice lady enough for turning our trip around.
