“Our stay at this Drury Inn was fantastic. It gave an excellent first impression with its cleanliness. Then I met Zach at check in. He surprised us with a room upgrade to a king suite on the 7th Floor. That was a super birthday gift for me 🥳 How did he know?!!! Zach was very friendly & helpful 🙂 The hot tub was AWESOME!!!! The bed was very comfortable & we had a free breakfast to boot. We highly recommend staying here if you need a place in Cincinnati!!!!”

“Friendly staff. Rooms are comfortable and nice. There was plenty of room for my toddler to play and the kitchenette made it really convenient traveling with a little one. The area is really nice, lots of dining and shopping. This will be our go-to spot when we come into town from now on.”

“This was our second stay here. It was definitely a great stay! The pool table was our highlight of our stay, really nice to have. Rooms were clean, hotel was overall clean as well. The breakfast ladies are VERY nice and attentive, didn’t get names but appreciated them. Will come back!”

“So much to do at this kid friendly resort! Water rides are so much fun and the wave pool is a blast for our little ones. Our kids love floating down the lazy river and hitting up the arcade after the water park closes for the day. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room was neat and clean and our kids loved the kids cabin. You do have to pay for parking but honestly what resort or amusement park can you visit with no parking fees? We love GWL!”

“I stayed at the Best Western in Mason and overall had a good experience. The hotel is clean, well lit, and feels well maintained for an older property. There is a noticeable scent throughout the hotel that almost smells like cologne—not unpleasant, just distinctive. The front desk staff weren't the friendliest, but I didn't have any real issues with service. My room was clean and comfortable. There were some stains on the carpet squares, which isn't surprising for an older hotel, and the bathroom could definitely use a little renovation. The flat-screen TV had plenty of channels and options, including HBO. The pool and hot tub were both clean and well kept. The real standout, though, was the breakfast. It's a fantastic spread with waffles, eggs, sausage, several cereals, yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, orange juice, hot coffee, and plenty of choices. Much better than I expected for a hotel in this price range. The location is also extremely convenient, right off the expressway with plenty of shopping across the street and a Waffle House right next door if that's your thing. It appears to be a family-run property, and you'll often see members of the family around the lobby, which gives the place a little more personality than your typical chain hotel. The fitness center is also fantastic. For the price, this was a solid stay. It's not a luxury hotel and there are a few areas showing their age, but it's clean, convenient, has a great breakfast, and offers good value. I would definitely stay here again.”
