“Update - I’m pleased to report the smell was corrected on my most recent visit.Great prices! Unfortunately I think there is a dead animal somewhere in the store or in the cooling system; the entire store smells so bad! I would suggest that corporate get this issue fixed asap.”

“What a gem! Walked in because I saw they had clothes that Rose & Remington has at an outlet. I thought I'd be spending $40 on the top and long vest I picked out. When the cashier said the 2 pieces would be $25 and some change, I almost said wait and went back for more! Will definitely return soon to complete my fall wardrobe!”
“I returned a Christmas gift today that was too big: A brown suede and leather coat. It’s a beautiful piece, but they didn’t have my size online. Gary (who I assume is the manager?) was incredible. He returned the item, found one in my size in another store (he said Stanford, so I assume California) and it’s being shipped to my house as we speak. He spent a lot of time working with me today, was extremely professional, and I left the store with a new jacket on the way and a satisfaction I haven’t had with a retail store in a long time.”
“Very kind and helpful staff. When we walked in, we could immediately smell that it was clean without it being overwhelmingly strong and migraine inducing. The store is very organized and laid out well, probably one of the best we've seen. Prices are competitively priced. If you need a nice outfit on the fly at a reasonable price, then this is the place to go.”

“Wanted to get a good board for my son’s birthday. He’s casually skated on a board from target but wanted something more than just a retail-off-the-self-option. Last time I skated was decades ago, so I for sure didn’t feel like I knew what I was doing. The sales associate (I wish I’d gotten their name) was so helpful in walking us through the different options. It was assembled for us and it looks awesome. My son will be pleased. I would highly recommend this skate shop to anyone looking for a board. If I can I’ll try and post a pic later.”

“This 5-star review is for the store manager Wes who was extremely helpful in finding a great navy suit for our 18-year old son. His experience with suiting was quickly evident as he picked out the right size & fit in the first few minutes.
We looked at suits from Dillard's, Macy's and Men's Wearhouse. It was clear that Wes was far more knowledgeable than these other stores. We are excited for our son to wear his new suit for prom, senior banquet and other future events. Thank you Wes!!”
“Stopped by and did a little shopping and got to the checkout line and 10 or more waiting to checkout, the couple items I was going to purchase I decided to put back due to the fact of the way the process was going, the staff was just really slow to get things done and they didn't really have any motivation for doing a good job of being an active member of an organization that works with an excellent team of professionals who provide a complete knowledge and expertise regarding the process of moving forward to a successful and effective development program in which provides a strong foundation to maintain a steady flow of energy to get the customers in their best for each individual to get their products and to be able to get the best possible results for them to have a good check out with out a long and frustrating situation of it being a long term waiting period of everyone's time and effort in getting to the point of needing to get in and out in a timely fashion '”
“The store had a large variety of items for men, women and children. Everything was 40% off plus an additional 15% to 20% off if you were a mobile member. The sales representatives were friendly and professional.”

“Being only 4' 9", it's extremely difficult to find dress clothes & jeans that fit. I was extremely impressed with the inventory available. It will definitely be a destination shopping spot for me. On the downside, not one associate spoke to me or asked if they could be of any help. This should be addressed with the staff at Premium Outlet Mall in Monroe, OH.”
