“It’s so nice to have great customer service!
I was having trouble getting the carts apart and Roger greeted me with a smile and a cart!! Then while leaving he also was friendly telling everyone to keep smiling and have a great day.
Then I had Michelle as a cashier and she helped the elderly lady in front of me with her card troubles and then was fast and friendly!!
We often as a society complain more than praise. Roger & Michelle are doing a great job!
As a business owner and someone who works with the community, we have choices on where to shop and do business and employees mater!

Difficult to find an associate if you need help
Since my purchase was made using Walmart pay, I started the return process using the mobile app, and got in the mobile Express line....easy right? NO, I was totally ignore by the CSRs on duty, when I finally spoke up, they said 'we never use that line'. Then why do you have it, and why isn't there s closed sign? Ginnie Hellinger needs to do a better job with her store. You can't compete with Amazon with this kind of service!!!!”
“Update - I’m pleased to report the smell was corrected on my most recent visit.Great prices! Unfortunately I think there is a dead animal somewhere in the store or in the cooling system; the entire store smells so bad! I would suggest that corporate get this issue fixed asap.”
