I can not say that for the manager that brushed me off. i want to say thank you to them for listening to me and making me feel heard. they both need raises and respect from their whole team. . “Today I needed a couple of things for a tiller I just got from a buddy and I forgot my wallet. I tried to use my Apple wallet American Express, the guy behind the counter couldn’t figure out what was wrong so he called the owner up to the front. After doing a couple of things we still couldn’t get it figured out.. Chad , I believe the owners name noticed that I was a rewards member and come in fairly often said hey, get me next time.. I asked him if he had Venmo as I didn’t feel comfortable leaving without paying. He aloud me to Venmo him and we were both happy. This is what being a small business owner is all about, I bet Home Depot or Lowe’s would not have gone that far to make something work.”
“Prosource truly was great to work with! We used them for our carpet installation! Tina was so helpful when it came to helping us pick out a carpet within our budget! She worked with us and was very communicative during the whole process! She made it feel easy and seamless!
Our carpet was installed so beautifully! Santy installed our carpet and he truly did such an amazing job! He was even able to install carpet on a spot in our hallway that was tricky!

“Ok, so this was my first time at a Menards. Got that out of the way. This place is insane. Combine Walmart, Lowes and Tractor Supply and add even more space then you have an approximation of the scale of this place. It is too big for its own good. You probably can find just about anything you want but it may take you 20 minutes to locate the aisle. At least they have moving sidewalks between floors as well as an elevator and steps. Oh yes, it is two floors

“I always have a good experience at Lowe's and this was no different. The staff could be nicer and more attentive to shoppers needs. The staff at most Lowe's I've been to don't seem engaged or as helpful as they could be. I've actually had employees avoid eye contact with me on more than one occasion while I'm looking for something. I recommend Lowe's to people that already know what they want.”
“Purchased a fridge from Tommy in appliances and couldn’t have been happier with his service! Fridge was delivered with a tiny dent but Tommy explained in detail what to do if that happened. Called and scheduled a new one to be delivered with ZERO hassle. Great job THD and please, give Tommy a raise!”

“I went in on this stormy evening looking for hoses to clamp onto my emergency water pump. The right size hose wasn’t there, so Ryan worked really hard to come up with a solution of several different pvc fittings to work with our garden hoses at home. He made an 1.5 inch water pump opening connect with an 5/8 inch garden hose! Everything fits great and we are ready to save our basement if the power goes out! Thank you Ryan!”
“We were helped generously this morning. But returning the trailer, the clerk was a bit rude, she stood in the way while we backed up to drop off the trailer and acted incredibly put out. Especially when she stated she was not going to help walk it into place, even though no one asked her to.
Guess everyone had a long day.”
“Overall it's a great Lowes. However, can you please not have the super aggressive guy trying to sell gutters as soon as you walk in. He's really pushy even after you tell him no thanks and I genuinely might drive farther to Menards just to avoid him.”
