“I worked with Sandee at the Loveland store. She was very knowledgeable about the products Howard's sold. She has quite an eye for design and pays attention to the details. I never felt rushed or pushed in a direction. There was no upselling. I did appreciate being able to take samples home to see how they looked in our kitchen lighting. Our new cabinets, countertops, and appliances have brightened up our kitchen and look wonderful. “Recently went here to buy a dishwasher for a rental unit and had a few bumps and bruises but thanks to Eric and the repair crew life is grand. He was gracious, had a replacement ordered before the repair crew got to the property just in case, and worked with me on the install fee. Eric, thanks for helping me make this right and get it done. And even when I got a bit grumpy, he never change his tone which was service threw and threw. I will be back. Thanks all, Eric, Mark, David, the crew that came out to take care of what was needed. I'll be back.”

“Ferguson helped me with some hard to find pipe for a home project. After receiving the delivery I realized a made a mistake on the diameter of pipe I needed. They worked with me to exchange for the correct size, including pickup of the old and delivery of the new. Great customer service is all too uncommon these days, but much appreciated.”

“Jesse was the salesman who waited on us in the store. He was very knowledgeable, polite, answered all our questions but was honest when he couldn't. He is a very polite young man and hope to work with him again. The delivery/set up team was also very nice, happy and easy to work with/talk to. They were very efficient in their duties.”

“Went in today with my son to purchase some landscaping timbers. We stood there and wasn't greeted by anyone for 15 minutes. Workers walked past us and didn't say a word to us. Finally the cashier while walking back to her register, asked if we needed help and said she'd send someone over. Again, we waited. 4 more workers walked past us, didn't greet us and we would just leaving and coming to Lowes. The customer service was just SOOO bad. Once arriving at Lowes, we went to the garden center and got a few plants, greeted by every employee out there asking if we needed help. When we walked in to walk all the way across the store to the lumber, 6 employees were passed said hello and asked if we needed help. We got to the lumber area and just peeked down an isle where a worker was and as I turned around, he yelled from behind if I needed help finding something. Yes, I told him what I was looking for and he told me exactly where to get it. Long story short, go to Lowes. They're customer service exceeded expectations and Home Depot is just lacking in that department. Terribly. Lowes price was cheaper too AND their lumber wasnt moldy looking and cracked like Home Depot.”

“congratulations to the paint dept. I needed to repaint part of a wall and did not want to paint the whole thing. I found the 20 years old can of paint from Home Depot in the basement and they used the formula to match it perfectly. Moral - never throw anything out.”
