“I want to give a big shoutout to Gus at the Mason, OH location! After having a really disappointing experience at the Lebanon location, I was hesitant to try dropping off a large Amazon return again. But since the Mason store is close to my work and I needed to return the item before getting charged, I decided to give it a shot.
I’m so glad I did—Gus went above and beyond. He not only helped me carry multiple heavy boxes into the store, but he also took the time to repackage the return to make sure everything was secure and ready to be sent back. His kindness and helpfulness completely turned the experience around. Thank you, Gus!”
