“We had the most incredible experience with Litzy. We had a very complicated problem that we had been dealing with for weeks. We had to come into the store at least four separate times to try to get to the bottom of it. My fiance speaks Spanish and Litzy was able to speak to him with ease. Each time we came in she was patient, kind, and continued to push for a solution until one was found. She even stayed after hours with us to help us get to the bottom of our problem.
