“I needed some clarification on my package’s whereabouts so I filled out the form online (at around 10:30am with little expectation to be honest), BUT to my surprise Bill from the West Chester post office called me at 12:25pm to inform me that my package just showed as delivered & to reach out if I had any questions. I was shocked at how fast the response was & that someone actually responded at all!!THANK YOU, BILL & everyone there!!”

“People leave poor reviews at this post office for 2 reasons: 1, their package was lost and couldn’t be resolved the right way, and 2, lines are too long. BOTH reasons are out of the staffs control.Onto the positives: This location is the best post office location I have ever been to. Julie is amazing - nice, efficient, knowledgeable. She knows me by name now and the community feeling you get from this location is fantastic. The rest of the staff is great too, but after speaking with Julie she always leaves a smile on my face. Most days I don’t even need to go inside the post office, but I still do just to catch up with Julie and the rest of the staff. This is the best post office location you’re gonna get. Seriously can’t say enough about how much I appreciate every worker here. 11/10. Thank you guys for being unspoken hero’s and keeping this community flowing.”

“JBT, carriers are instructed to skip mailboxes that are blocked by vehicles. Whoever owns the vehicle, you, the neighbor, the man in the moon. And as for the repeated claims on Google that carriers are too lazy to deliver packages, that's ridiculous. In fact, it's more work to skip a delivery. Why in the world would someone go to the trouble of loading a package, carrying it around all day, not deliver it, and have to carry it back into the office, just to have to do it all over again the next day. Sorry, I'm not buying it.”

“I drop off packages regularly and work with a couple of their employees. Very helpful, friendly AND knowledgeable. A small Post Office with minimum staff but the area's community obviously has grown significantly. They do a great job.”

“I made a mistake and didn't use enough postage on about half of my son's graduation announcements. I realized this a few hours after I dropped them in the drop box inside the post office. I called and they pulled them out for me minutes before collection. Before I got back up there, they had weighed them and had the extra postage I needed ready to go. Amazing customer service. I doubt a larger post office would have gone to the trouble to help me out. They really saved the day!”

“The Loveland Post Office has done a 180. I used to avoid it, driving to Milford or Blue Ash, but no longer. There are (relatively) new employees who make it in upbeat and pleasant. Our carrier, John, is and has always been great. Kudos to the 45140!”

“I went here on tax day and was expecting a long line of grumpy patrons and staff. But instead what I found was a smoothly run operation. Both the workers were efficient while being friendly and informative. This went along way in alleviating people's stress about their taxes and their time. It had a real ripple effect on everyone there. Great job! You managed to make paying my taxes almost pleasant.”

“Upon entering, I initially expected a swift resolution due to the lack of a crowd. However, I noticed a reserved demeanor from one staff member, which puzzled me. To my surprise, they later proved to be extremely helpful and cooperative.Exiting without a solution, a staff member went out of their way to call my name excitedly, prompting my return. It was during this interaction that I realized the dedication of each individual working in this office. Despite their personal issues, health concerns, and the inherent stress of customer interactions like mine, they consistently went above and beyond to assist me, demonstrating their tireless and effective work ethics which immediately changed my initial assumptions.I would like to express my sincere appreciation to all the staff members at this office for their exceptional efforts.
