“Service here was fast, friendly and efficient. Coming from DC and VA Beach, this neighborly post office has friendly patrons and postal clerks. The facility was clean and had a large area to the right of the entrance for post office boxes. Ample parking”
“I made a mistake and didn't use enough postage on about half of my son's graduation announcements. I realized this a few hours after I dropped them in the drop box inside the post office. I called and they pulled them out for me minutes before collection. Before I got back up there, they had weighed them and had the extra postage I needed ready to go. Amazing customer service. I doubt a larger post office would have gone to the trouble to help me out. They really saved the day!”

“I have had multiple positive interactions with most of the customer facing staff. They are patient and work hard to take care of customers. Jacob caught my mail carrier before the end of the day and found my misdelivered package. They answered the phone, which so many places don’t do, and he resolved my problem in a short time. I highly recommend using the Lebanon location for your postal needs.”
