Once the problem was found I had to go to another store in Massillon,Ohio.Not an issue and that's where needed item was.A bonus was the price I paid, got the monitor on sale along with an extended warranty and saved some money;..a great deal. I left the store a happy customer and am now typing this on a new screen.No complaints!”

WebCam stopped operating went in talked with Kayla, she took a look told me that more than likely the WebCam wire broke or camera was not operating correctly. She gave me all the information I needed & informed me to get my receipt and contact the manufacturer because it may still be under warranty.”
