“I visited this store for the first time to take my dog for the self service dog wash and the washroom was clean and in good condition, Shampoo, conditioner and towels are provided. I don’t think the hot water was working because the water was cold but I am not complaining, I just hope it works for the winter season.
The staff are super friendly and helpful.

“We stopped in as we were passing by the area. We like to check out random (non-chain) pet stores and shops when traveling. Really cool little place, down-to-earth staff, eager to help out. The pig that lives in the store is vocal and sweet and a bit bossy, we were told, and Peapod the Amazon was friendly and talkative, but read his sign, he's a biter! If we were more local, we would likely make this our go-to store as they carried every brand we give our pets, and at the same or better prices than what we pay now. Great shop with a lot to offer and worth checking out despite the area having a bit of an uneasy feeling to it. 5 stars without question.”
“This rating is for the old Toledo location. I’m sad they closed it. I most likely won’t be driving to Perrysburg for birthday cakes. I loved coming to the Toledo location for dog treats and cakes. There was usually a dog there with one of the employees. Im sure the Perrysburg location is just as nice but it’s too out of the way now. It’s a shame.”

“Coral Reef is top notch! My husband and I have visited Coral Reef many times and every time we do we have found the owners and staff to be so super friendly and helpful! They always take time with us and never make us feel rushed into a decision. I also very much appreciate that they care about the health of their fish and coral. They want to make sure the tank environment and water quality is ready to support the corals or fish we want. The last thing anyone wants is to invest money and have their beloved new additions die due to poor water conditions. Although I'm not exactly the most patient person, I really appreciate their ethical practices. :-) This is something you do not see at the big box store chains! If you are considering getting into the saltwater world, I would highly recommend Coral Reef! The owners are a delight, full of knowledge and always ready to listen and help any way they can. Go in and check out their beautiful display tank and the other wonderful aquariums full of beautiful coral and stunning fish! You wont be disappointed!”
“My cat unexpectedly passed away on January 9th and I was able to take her body in to be cremated same day at Paws & Remember. This was the third animal I had cremated here, the other two being 2 100 lb Saint Bernards. Their cremation services cost in the 300’s and I received boxes with their names beautifully scripted on them as well as their paw prints. To have my 4 lb cat cremated, it cost me $220 and I received her tiny bag of ashes in a wooden box that doesn’t even have her name on it and no paw print ? When I walked in to drop her body off a man took me over to a table, put a yellow paper in front of me to sign and said it would be $220. I assumed for that price that I would receive a box with her name on it as well as her paw print like I did for my 2 dogs. I am so sad and beyond disappointed. I’m hoping when I call them tomorrow that it was just a misunderstanding and they just forgot to put her paw print in the bag and forgot to script her name on her box.Update: I called Paws & Rememeber on Thursday but did not receive a call back so I stopped in to talk to them about the situation. When I was there to drop my cat off to have her cremated there was like of communication and a misunderstanding about what I wanted included with her cremation service. The worker did not explain different options, such as a paw print or having her name engraved on the box and I also did not think to ask any questions when I was filling out the paperwork. The worker thought I just wanted a basic cremation, which is $220 and only includes her ashes in a box. The owner was present during the conversation and apologized for the situation and offered to have her name engraved on the box at no charge and gave me 2 keepsakes for her ashes since her body was already incinerated and there was no way to have a paw print done. He did not charge me for any of it. I changed my 1 star review to a 5 star review due to the amount of empathy I received and for them trying to rectify the situation.”
“We took our papillon in for a long over due grooming today. I have to say that Allison did such an amazing job with our precious Little senior dog. He came home smelling so fresh. We will definitely be taking him back with Allison. Good job to you and your team.”

“We purchased a male puppy from Sandy and Co. back in April, and he is just an absolute bundle of joy. Healthy, intelligent, energetic and an incredibly friendly temperament. It’s obvious that Sandy knows the breed and truly loves all these dogs.The go-home package was great and our little guy still loves some of the toys Sandy gave him. Highly recommend for Shih Tzu puppies in NW Ohio!”

“It's a typical PetSmart. Very easy pickup for online orders, and the people working there are always nice. For some reason my dog flips out whenever I bring him in there, I don't know if it has too many good smells, So he stays in the car when I pick up his food.”

“I would like to see cheaper prices, Although I know you need to see profit. I currently have a 4 or old German Shepherd long hair dog. I buy Blu dog food 30lb bag.
The store i visit is on Monroe St and Telmage St. In Toledo Ohio. I tell you this because I have neck issues and can no longer lift that bag on my own. Your staff at this store are fantastic! They not only lift the bag into the cart, they meet me up in the front of the store, get me checked out, and take it out to my vehicle. I have never received an attitude from anyone. Each person that has helped me has done so with a smile. You have some good people at this store!

Jean made sure that we knew about the extended warranty option. She even checked our neighbor rewards and found that we had a free same-day delivery option which saved us a ton of time and hassle. “Staff is very friendly but the place really smells. Every dog cage had poop in it. The dogs walk around in it and it is smeared all over the floors. They had a lot of dogs puppies ,kittens and cats.I would still recommend...please fo rescue them!@@”
