“American Frame has been a fantastic partner for over a year now. Not only do they provide incredibly high-quality frames, they also print high-resolution images to exacting standards. And having dealt with many other framers in the US, I can say they are one of the best (and the only one I'll deal with from now on).”

“They were exceptionally busy but they had checkout absolutely dialed in and we were in and out quickly! And my cart was about half full so I'm calling it a win!”

“This is where we goto get cheaper gas and a kick out of watching people pull up to the opposite side of the fueling door and string the hose across the car paint.”

“We drove down from Macomb, MI to get a couch from here because they were all out of stock near us. Great customer service from the manager and other staff that we talked to, THANK YOU for all your help!!”

“Great place people behind the counter are very knowledgeable and they're willing to help you anyway they can but definitely recommend them for all your HVAC needs”

“Great place to find products at great prices. We did a comparison between Costco and Sam's and found that not only were Sam's prices better on items such as paper towels and toilet paper, but they offered more for less. It's always clean and organized. The employees are friendly and willing to help find anything you might need. Better yet, they offer even more products or varieties online with free shipping! Don't have time to run to get what you need they have delivery available, even if it's a 50lb bag of dog food or case of water. The only downside I've had is the curbside pickup.”

“I cannot say enough good things about Perrysburg's Costco Pharmacy! They always go above and beyond when I call or pick up in person! They are always friendly and helpful and remember me and my family! Excellent customer service is difficult to come upon but they never disappoint! Thank you so much!!”

“Interesting to look around at all the values that they offer. Great selection of wine and descriptions of what they taste like. I recommend going in and having a look around. It may be for you, and it may not.”

“Great customer service for an international piping supplier. Most international suppliers don't seem to want to deal with customer service. They just want that big money, coming from larger business, that are going to make bigger purchases, for larger jobs. Buy they forget that those big business where at one point a small business as well. And the guys that are sent in there to do the purchases for these smaller companies may one day be the owner of one of the larger businesses or the parts guy that dose the ordering.... surely you get my drift by now. “been going here for about a year now and the service is always incredible and everyone is very friendly. only complaint is that sometimes their system doesn't process prescriptions that are scheduled for a later date and I have to call to make sure it actually goes through. I also want to specifically call out Bryan, he's always super friendly and on top of his shit! also idk if he's just been there longer or what but I feel like he is the best at navigating what seems to me to be a very clunky computer system”

“This store has lots of employees who are good at engaging and asking if any help is needed. The prices are pretty good. We usually have our go to items but still shop around a bit. The selection is a bit off. There are many more items available at other stores we frequent like Perrysburg and Columbus, OH.”

“I love Sam’s BUT the gas station needs some order. It is total chaos with cars allowed to come at the pumps from any direction. People get blocked in. It’s ridiculous. Learn from Costco! In and out. So smooth. All you need is a one direction in and one direction out.”
1300 E Mall Dr, Holland OH 43528
“Cassie is amazing, she is so caring and kind, you don't find this a lot anymore. I have a health condition and she was so compassionate. I just wanted to let Sams pharmacy know you have a gem! Thank you!”

“My first appointment was last week. I had OD Patrick Henry. He was great, gave me great detail and didnt make me feel rushed. Somewhere along the line my trial pair of contacts were not ordered, so I am awaiting a call back to see what they do to rectify the issue. I will update my rating once there is a solution. Update- got 2 pairs of trials for the inconvenience. Updated my rating.”

“On our way home from a trip, we managed to get a flat on 75. After installing the spare, we drove to a BelleTire who told us they couldn’t fit us in that day, Firestone was telling us the same thing. As if they were not so unaccommodating already… they go on to say, we cannot leave our camper in their lot while the car was getting serviced. After calling around, this Costco Tire Center managed to squeeze us in so we could get back to Michigan. Per my experience, Costco Tire Center is hard to beat! They are reliable! Their open hours are accommodating for those unexpected tire issues that happen on a weekday after 6 or on a Sunday, and their service is outstanding! We didn’t need drop more $ to book a hotel. Which would have been our only alternative had we gone elsewhere. We got home that evening thanks to them!”

“Sorry if my spelling for the name is wrong but I want to thank Mr.Cregg, from the tire center who helped me fix my tires when the store and the tire center closed and no one was around.I was stuck at Costco with flat tire.I was helpless and he showed such a kindness and helped me. Thank you so much. You are appreciated ❤️”
