“I felt nervous going here for the first time because it was so busy and I am not used to having about seven cars behind me waiting to use the pump as well. It does require a membership card to be able to use the pump. Most of the lines seem to move fairly quickly. There is quite often a tanker truck at the station putting more fuel in because so many people use the pumps.”
“Typical suburban Costco. Surface parking, gas, need to show card at door, at peak times, lines to check out seem shorter than Costco/Central Ave, variable lines at food court. Self-checkout has been reinstituted so those with just a couple items no longer have to wait behind those with megacartsfull. Nothing special that makes this Costco different from any other cookie-cutter generic Costco.”

The selection is a bit off. There are many more items available at other stores we frequent like Perrysburg and Columbus, OH.”
“I love Costco in general. There's always a great selection of fresh produce which I appreciate. Most of their stores are set up the same way so when I'm in Colorado or even Alaska, I can get in and out as quickly as possible. Traffic flow could be better that's for sure. The warehouse I frequent always has friendly and helpful associates. Fuel prices are usually better than anywhere in the area. I just wish they had electric vehicle charging as well. I've purchased several sets of tires over the years and even purchased two vehicles through their auto purchase program. There's so much more to a Costco membership than just their warehouse items. Love Costco!”

“Great customer service for an international piping supplier. Most international suppliers don't seem to want to deal with customer service. They just want that big money, coming from larger business, that are going to make bigger purchases, for larger jobs. Buy they forget that those big business where at one point a small business as well. And the guys that are sent in there to do the purchases for these smaller companies may one day be the owner of one of the larger businesses or the parts guy that dose the ordering.... surely you get my drift by now. “I have used Costco gas in many places across the country in this particular place it was clean and well attended with staff available to help you no matter what type of situation you may need from forgetting your card to trouble at the pump. Costco has lots of things for the consumer to feel good about 1st of all the quality of their gas is excellent especially for the price point and I really need premium and it's anywhere from 10 to 20 cents a gallon less than is in the general market. It's a great value. The quality of their goods are also excellent in the store. Including lots of organic food in the crazy value of their $5 roasted chicken just like a miniature turkey. But most importantly, they pay a livable wage for their average employees, including health care and benefits, and I always want to support a large a large retail box store that does this type of thing”
