“The people here were great. Collided with a snow bank in the middle of the night driving from TN to PA. As soon as the shop opened they looked over my car and got me back in the road in 30 min. This shop was a huge blessing as we clearly were not prepared for the snowy conditions. Amazing experience here.”

“As always Shaker Quality Auto Body provided excellent service and the body repairs they performed after I was hit by another driver are beautiful and make an older car look almost new again. Where they really stood out though was in dealing with the other driver's insurance company. A process that was drawn out and unnecessarily painful but they stayed committed to getting a resolution. Bill is the true hero of this story with all the time he spent chasing the insurance company. I would give 6 stars if I could!”

They replaced two panels, pulled the dents out of another and then repainted one entire side of the vehicle and I cannot tell that anything was ever done. When our insurance was giving us the run around the shop owner advocated for us and got everything closed out for us (I imagine he works with a LOT of insurance hassles). The staff at the front are an amazing group and Pete was also and well and always keeping me up to date. The customer service was better than mulitple types of businesses I've been to recently!! Just that alone was number 1. I like how you can follow along with the repair process as well and it was very cool how they texted you from carwise once the started repairs. They did a wonderful job and everyone was great!! Take care guys!!”
