“My laptop computer crashed. I don't mean there was a software glitch, I mean I recklessly and violently exposed the machine to Newton's third law of motion. It wouldn't boot. I took it to Target PC and they quickly diagnosed the hardware issues and possible remedies. They also let me know I could get the thing working again without an expensive replacement part with the pros and cons of that solution. I now have a working laptop at a much better price than I anticipated. I won't hesitate to trust them with any future computer needs.”

He allowed me to share the highlights of my story, and then he hit me with 3 or 4 solid pieces of advice in how to handle the collection agency with whom I was having the unpleasant experience of working with! Chad was honest and said due to the somewhat low amount of the dispute, it wouldn't be right of him to take this case and cost me more. Instead, he assured me I could easily handle it on my own after we were done talking it through and answering my questions. He was right and his advice was spot on. Here’s my story: I had to find a power supply and power chord for an HP computer since we lost it during the hurricane in Southwest Florida and I needed access to my HP computer. Called the HP store and they no longer carried it, but they gave me the name of some resell companies that should carry the power supply. Called those companies and they were stumped. However, one lady stated I should contact PC PartsUnlimited and ask to speak with Rob Rodick. She said if anyone would have it PC Parts unlimited in Ohio would and Rob would locate it. Called PC Parts Unlimited and spoke with Rob, he was able to locate the part efficiently and had it to me in a flash. So very thankful he found it.
