“This is by FAR the BEST Dollar Tree around. It's spacious & well stocked. It is the nicest & cleanest Dollar Tree I have ever been in. I go 10 miles out of my way to go to this store instead of the one in Golden Gate in Mayfield. Keep up the good work!!!”
“Far and away, the best Dollar Tree I've ever been to. I am a semi handicapped senior citizen, and shopping isn't easy for me. In fact, this was only the 2nd time I was able to shop in a year. I would like to make a special mention of an employee named Aria. I was in the back of the store and asked her if there was a chair back there. She said there wasn't, but without any prompting, she went to the front of the store, got a chair out of the office and placed it near the front register for me. What a very thoughtful gesture! I went to the front twice and used it to take a break. She also helped put my bags back into the cart after checkout, and helped me take them to my car. I couldn't have finished my shopping without her. As she put my bags into my car, I offered her $5 for all her help, which she declined. What a wonderful help she was. That kind of exceptional customer service was so very appreciated. Aria is a credit to Dollar Tree, and she is the kind of employee who needs to be single out for her kindness and dedication. I would be remiss if I didn't also mention the young lady manning the register. She was kind and helpful as well.”
“I went to this Dollar Tree because the one in my neighborhood is not stocked regularly or organized, and it did not disappoint! The store was organized and fully stocked! I was able to find a variety of Valentine's Day items and candies. I will be going to this store more often since it is only 10 minutes away from me.”

“I think this is one of the better family dollars in the region. I moved into the neighborhood from 3 hours south and Cleveland was entirely new to me but this was a store I frequented during my 8 months up there and never had any problems or issues here. It has everything you could possibly need at such a store and the prices are pretty consistent with other Family Dollars. The wider neighborhood isn’t great. If you’re passing through and not familiar with it then I recommend keep on going until you’re in a better neighborhood but if your from the area or familiar with east Cleveland than this is a fairly decent Family Solar.”
“The staff here in Eastlake on Vine are the friendliest ppl. They will bend over backwards for you. Always fully stocked. If they don't have something, they will go check the shipments to see if it is in the back. Very welcoming. I would work there PT just to mingle with them!”

“This store is around the corner from the house. Friendly staff, usually quiet atmosphere-reflective of the neighborhood. This time they were out of paper towels, it seems to rotate since the coronavirus hit. Probably good idea to call ahead and see if the one of the main items you're after is there. Otherwise, good visit.”

“I love this location!!! Every time I arrive I am Greeted!? The store is always stocked! It’s alway clean When I’m there. Workers are always clean and presentable. The workers are very helpful. Again I love this location. One Day I came and they were closed before closing time. I hold nothing over them for that!!! I know nothing of what could have happen in their life! “I frequent this store. Every time I visit, the staff are pleasant. The line moves quickly. Most of the time, I am able to get everything I stopped in for. You can't beat the prices. Lately, some of the freezers have been broke down, so there are limited frozen products. I find they are typically organized, but during holiday season, it can be less so. I do not ever buy produce there. It never looks as good as the local market to me, so I just stick to the market.”

“One of the best Dollar Tree stores I’ve ever been to. I love shopping at this location! The Northfield Road location is stocked well, clean and has friendly cashiers. I was greeted at the door with a “Hello” welcome and a smile. Which I appreciate. However, on their website and Google it says they open at 8am. However, they actually open at 9am. Please fix this ASAP. You will have people lined up at your store ready to shop.”
“elevated prices on many items that are not posted and one finds out only at the cash register. So..not all items are $ 1.25, some 1.50 4.00, 5.00, etc. Buyer beware..”

“Everyone's always so nice when I come to this family dollar always greeted me anytime I've walked into the store rain sleet snow shine even with a line a people they always made sure any time I've frequented the store which to me is everything 1st impressions is everything & if the folks that work in this store appreciate their jobs & have a go to chain of commands (management) as far as their leadership it starts at the top & works its way down..... “This one on Broadway and southgate is the best the one on e143 and kinsman those young girls and that one lady Mr need to go to a class on how to talk to your customers correct. If they were in a white neighborhood they would act different I spend slot of money in family dollar.and the store on e130 and buckeye those young girl don't have any respect I raised my daughter well. But family dollar is going to lose alot of business because of these kids with attitude just look in your cameras and listen to your audio. Give that job to someone who needs it thank-you”
“Lots of the shelf prices are incorrect, just take the price of the product OFF the bar codes? Easy solution. False advertising is still illegal in Ohio. Your "price(s) subject to change without notice" is not a cover all, in any venue. If i press the issue? You will lose 100% of the time.”
“I normally don't go this far to a dollar stores but ive noticed that in the inner city of CLEVELAND our stores are much smaller than the heights stores and they have way more $1.25 items than us????? and they are clean and your in and out. “Friendly service when I am there. My teen daughter's told me that on multiple occasions one of the older male employees follow them around the store and it makes them uncomfortable. I'm sure it because of the frequency that they are there due to them trying to kill time while waiting for my 3rd grades school to let out but, he should be less offensive and more discreet with his shoplifting monitoring with young girls”

Although I was unable to locate the item I was looking for, the manager knew exactly where it was and was able to honor the price listed online. “This location has improved greatly.... The employees always friendly and very helpful. Sometimes the prices aren't correct, but someone always correct it... The outside be a little messy, but someone is usually cleaning or soon get to it... They doing a good job and in a good location it would be nice if the community wasn't so ghetto I literally saw someone empty trash into the parking lot.. that was so rude , but two guys went outside and swept and cleaned the entire parking lot.... The next day it was back messy... Smh but the inside is really clean”
“I don't particularly like going to any store with Dollar in its name. I just can't take it. This time, I had to go to one, and it was an emergency. I was pleasantly surprised to see that this particular store was well stocked and pretty clean. I found what I needed and proceeded to check out.

“I read all the other comments but around 4 months ago they got a new manager. I shop 2 times a week and they are always open. The manager was at a dollar general elsewhere and when I told him where I was moving he told me this store which is 4 mins from me! He is committed to doing a good job! Give them a chance and you'll be surprised!”
