“My family has been using Rohaley’s for over 25 years. My brother sent me to Al because he felt I was wasting money taking my car to the dealer for oil changes. I took my car and Al came back into the shop and asked if I knew how to check my oil level. I told him “No” . He then showed me that I had 60% oil. The dealer had been changing new oil! Al told me to go away and come back when my oil level hit 20%. I have been going to Al now for 9 years and Al has maintained my car for all those years. I moved to the West Side of Cleveland and I happily drive across town knowing I can trust Al and the team at Rohaley’s!!!”
“I picked up a large piece of metal in my almost new tire. Put on the tiny spare and found this place (had to take freeway home, so hoping to repair tire rather than riding on donut). Pulled in and asked for a plug. Owner did not hesitate to help me even though they were CLOSED and just working on his son's car after hours. Plug did not work and owner went above and beyond by removing the tire and patching from inside! All this and I had to force him to take $50 (all I had left but service was worth more) since he originally quoted like $20 for the plug. Fantastic human and great shop!”

“I met with the owner, Jeff, to review my repair and paint work needed for a 15 year old BMW motorcycle that I was restoring. It involved repairing deep scratches and damage to the body panels and side bags / hard luggage. Thankfully, Jeff agreed to take on my project for a very fair price given the amount of very detailed prep work required and the high-quality outcome I was requesting.
The bodywork has a lot of sharp angles and edges - tough to prep and tough to paint, in my opinion. I had requested a dark blue metallic BMW factory paint for the majority of the body panels and a BMW factory dark charcoal for some of the other body panels.
When I received the call from the front desk staff - who is very pleasant and polite, I was excited to see the result. I simply could not have been ANY happier with the final product. Perfectly laid down BMW-factory dark blue metallic paint, very glossy and not a single run, drip, fish-eye or fleck of dust in the paintwork. The bodywork looked like it just came out of the factory ! Truly amazing work quality.
I later had them paint a hard-sided rear trunk for the motorcycle the same body color and it too turned out perfectly !
The owner Jeff is very personable and he is engaged to ensure customer satisfaction, the front desk is helpful, pleasant and very polite and the paint staff is highly skilled.
I absolutely recommend Wickliffe Auto Body for your paintwork.”

“Just had my third body work done since 2013. In all three times they have been consistently excellent. What I appreciated most as an out of pocket self pay customer is that in each time they were able to save me unnecessary extra cost by fixing minor things without compromising quality where others said they need to replace these expensive parts. Today I noticed front bumper sensor was beeping more often than previously before repair and was somewhat wobbly in its socket. I stopped at the store half hour before they closed. Frank was the only one left getting ready to leave. I offered to come later but he insisted on taking care of it right then. It took him twenty minutes and a big abrasion on his forearm and it was all perfectly fixed. This is the old fashioned way of doing business. Skilled, honest, advocate on your behalf and take care of the job all the way.

“I traveled over an hour for specialized dental work. Thankfully it was next door to Exceleration Auto Shop. As I was backing out, my vehicle made a horrible metal scraping sound. A mechanic on break heard it and asked the owner if he could check it for me. He graciously offered to check it right away and was able to quickly fix the brake shield. It saved me hours of waiting for AAA to tow me home to deal with it! I’m forever grateful for their knowledge and kindness.”
