“Got a recall done on my 24 Jeep Compass on Friday. As someone that’s worked in a dealership setting for the last 21 years, I’ve been around plenty of dealerships and Deacon’s can put on a clinic with their service department: lane was clear when I arrived, I was handled and checked in immediately; I was assured it would only take a half hour and I could wait. When I asked again upon arrival, I was told 30-45 minutes worse case. After exactly 30 minutes, my service advisor Joe came and got me saying my car was done and ready. On top of keeping it in the 30 minute time frame, they also were able to run the car through the wash. It was an incredible experience and will also be happy to take our Jeep there again. Thanks.”

“My wife had a minor mishap pulling into our garage during a heavy rain storm by clipping the garage and damaging the right rear passenger door. My wife found LJI Collision Center on the internet and was inspired that it was a female owned business. From the time we brought the car there for the initial assessment until we picked the car up the process was seamless. We originally went to their Beachwood location, but they would not be able to start work on the car until late September conflicting with a trip we had planned in early October. Bonnie reached out other sister Jill their Cleveland Heights location and were able to get it in right away. They handled everything from dealing with our insurance company to keeping us informed as to the status of the repairs. When we picked up the car, we were blown away as the car never looked as if there was damage to it, not to mention that it had been fully detailed and looked like it just came off the showroom floor. I would like to thank Jill and her staff for what was a truly pleasurable experience under a normally stressful situation. I would highly recommend LJI Collision as they do great work and are truly a family run business that cares about their customers.”

“This is my 4th time using Chesterland Auto Repair. I'm happy to say that they are outstanding in providing service! I needed a ride to & from the building & they gladly provided it! They are thorough & told me exactly what I needed & when they could get it done. It's hard to go to a new service when an old one closes, but they have earned my trust. I plan to keep going to Chesterland Auto Repair whenever it's needed. Thank you!”

“I have been looking for a mechanic who I can trust for a long time. So happy, I listened to the many people that suggested Mike’s service. A few things needed to be done to my van. It was all explained clearly. I trusted everything that was said. Proof of the honesty was being told some things are not necessary to fix. I could have been taken advantage of, but inside they proved the reason why so many trust them. They deserve a 10++++ Joseph and Martin are AMAZING and real trustworthy people. Won’t go anywhere else!!”

“My family has been using Rohaley’s for over 25 years. My brother sent me to Al because he felt I was wasting money taking my car to the dealer for oil changes. I took my car and Al came back into the shop and asked if I knew how to check my oil level. I told him “No” . He then showed me that I had 60% oil. The dealer had been changing new oil! Al told me to go away and come back when my oil level hit 20%. I have been going to Al now for 9 years and Al has maintained my car for all those years. I moved to the West Side of Cleveland and I happily drive across town knowing I can trust Al and the team at Rohaley’s!!!”
