“Got a recall done on my 24 Jeep Compass on Friday. As someone that’s worked in a dealership setting for the last 21 years, I’ve been around plenty of dealerships and Deacon’s can put on a clinic with their service department: lane was clear when I arrived, I was handled and checked in immediately; I was assured it would only take a half hour and I could wait. When I asked again upon arrival, I was told 30-45 minutes worse case. After exactly 30 minutes, my service advisor Joe came and got me saying my car was done and ready. On top of keeping it in the 30 minute time frame, they also were able to run the car through the wash. It was an incredible experience and will also be happy to take our Jeep there again. Thanks.”

“First time using Prince Tires, but I will tell you they got a repeat customer. I called up, asked if they had the right tires in stock, they did. I asked how much and I was shocked to see how great of pricing they had on new tires. I was thinking I would get that price for used! Asked if I could come in right then and there, and they said that they could slip me in. I got there and 20 minutes later I had my new tires installed and balanced! Great service, and efficiency! Never going anywhere else for tires!”

“On a Sunday when most places are closed, I was able to have my car towed here to help diagnose why it broke down. They found it was an engine issue, and were helpful with the entire process. Finding a new place to tow the vehicle, printing out info about my car along with sharing recent issues they have heard about my make amd model. All without charging! My Glk was loud in a bad way! My exhaust pipe “lost a clip” at Conrad’s and they were going to charge me $1800 for a new pipe system after holding my car for 2 days. Who’s got that kinda money?!? It was embarrassingly loud so perhaps they thought I’d return.
Found Lake Auto. He assessed it took my car in and fixed it within 30 minutes. For less than $300!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!
He showed us the problem and service was quick. Highly recommend. Going back for other services.”

“My family has been using Rohaley’s for over 25 years. My brother sent me to Al because he felt I was wasting money taking my car to the dealer for oil changes. I took my car and Al came back into the shop and asked if I knew how to check my oil level. I told him “No” . He then showed me that I had 60% oil. The dealer had been changing new oil! Al told me to go away and come back when my oil level hit 20%. I have been going to Al now for 9 years and Al has maintained my car for all those years. I moved to the West Side of Cleveland and I happily drive across town knowing I can trust Al and the team at Rohaley’s!!!”
