“This is a really great shop. I stopped on a whim to get new tires for my work car. And they had me in and out (without an appointment) in about an hour. When some of the aluminum shells on my old lug nuts cracked, they offered to replace them with one piece lug nuts for free. I went back again to get my TPMS sensors replaced, and my experience was just as good. The prices are fair. The staff is not focused on upselling you. The service times are fast. And they have always treated me fairly. I would recommend Discount Tire to my friends and family. They have become my preferred tire shop.”

“It used to be that if You needed nuts bolts hardware You could count on Napa,Lately even Napa doesn't bother restocking small much needed items.The discount parts stores only offer assortment packs and seldom can You find what You need.Although this awesome store had to become part of a discount chain they try hard to still offer all that they used to and they are the last TRUE remaining parts store in this town.They are much appreciated...and they are all great people full of automotive knowledge.”
“Napa is one of those auto parts stores that has been serving the automotive parts space for years. While the "BIG BOX CHAIN" auto parts stores provide for the most part, the exact same thing at a somewhat less expensive price, the oftentimes teenage store associates are not going to provide you with the knowledge that is often available at many NAPA retailers. While I do shop at both NAPA and the big chain auto parts stores (Napa's are usually are not open late), there is definitely key differences. Let's talk about motor oil and antifreeze. For those of us still driving cars with internal combustion engines, this is a necessity. NAPA's own brand of both of these products is usually MUCH LESS EXPENSIVE than the 3 major chain stores. Did you know that they don't just stock auto parts? if you have the part number or know the size, you sometimes can get certain parts like bearings or a belt for your Lawn Mower or Washing Machine. How about a headlight bulb for your bicycle? They can even mix auto paint at many of their stores for that project vehicle you are working on. Maybe you just need some touch up paint for a scratch. Or perhaps you need some bolts and nuts to fix that broken wheelbarrow. Many of these stores have books/catalogs to cross-reference things that sometimes the computer doesn't show you. Kind of like going to the card catalog at your local library, if they even do that anymore.....The point is that the experienced employees at NAPA make it worth paying a little extra. If you go to many of the "big box auto part chain stores" and they can't look it up on the computer, you're screwed, to put it politely. When you need something next time, call NAPA too. You never know, NAPA might have what you need for less.”
“Hard to beat these prices. I've gotten 3 sets of tires here and they were a great value. Goodyear assurance and relaints are very well rated Walmart only tires. As to the assurance; even car & driver said you can't beat these for the price and rated them one of the best top 5 value tires for 2025. And the reliant is their best seller. *Black Friday sales are the best prices of the year.”
