“I had a tire blow out near Red's and thank God Red's was nearby. The owner was an amazing man. He allowed us to use his lot to change the tire and was so kind that he used his equipment to change the tire himself. He took time out of his business to help, good people do exist and the service at Red's was amazing.”

“This is a really great shop. I stopped on a whim to get new tires for my work car. And they had me in and out (without an appointment) in about an hour. When some of the aluminum shells on my old lug nuts cracked, they offered to replace them with one piece lug nuts for free. I went back again to get my TPMS sensors replaced, and my experience was just as good. The prices are fair. The staff is not focused on upselling you. The service times are fast. And they have always treated me fairly. I would recommend Discount Tire to my friends and family. They have become my preferred tire shop.”

“I cannot say enough good things about Marksman Auto Body. From start to finish, the entire team made the unfortunate experience of needing a repair from an accident stress free. They were extremely helpful in explaining each step of the process, working with the insurance company, scheduling a rental vehicle, and repairing my truck in a timely manner. The consistent communication and status of where things were at, including back ordered parts, was what really made me feel confident that I chose the right company. The repair itself was perfect too. The paint job and everything they needed to make it look like new was fantastic and no one can tell I was rear ended. I absolutely recommend Marksman Auto Body!”

“After being in a car accident, dealing with everything that comes afterward can be incredibly stressful. Taking my car to Strongsville Body & Paint was honestly one of the easiest parts of the entire experience. From day one, their team was extremely professional and thorough. They provided me with a detailed estimate, walked around the car with me, and explained exactly what repairs would be made and what to expect throughout the process. Their communication was truly top-notch, which gave me so much peace of mind. I had a lot going on in my personal life at the time, and knowing my car was in such good hands was one less thing I had to worry about. They completely restored my car and did an amazing job, it looks perfect. I can’t recommend Strongsville Body & Paint enough. Professional, communicative, honest, and excellent at what they do. Thank you for making a stressful situation so much easier!”

“Probably the best customer service experience automotive related I’ve ever had! My General Lee had been suffering from really rough running after setting for ten years. Put lots of new parts on it: plug wires, coil, carburetor, new plugs, etc. A friend said I needed a new distributor. I studied and found Firecore Performance. Ordered a kit (CK-1001) that came with a new distributor, ballast resistor, ECU control box and wiring harness, and a new coil. Also added some of their new spark plug wires (which are the perfect length for each application and each wire has a tag on it that numbers what wire it is!). Shipped insanely quick, showed up after 1 business day (I do live a handful of hours away, so that may vary). This was so simple and easy that after some thinking it through (I’m literally brand new to learning how to work on my own classic car) I was able to do the entire thing by myself! Best of all, General Lee now runs better than he has since we’ve owned him (1996)! Thanks so much to Rick and his incredible products!”
