“I can not say enough about the Interior Design Studio, Katie Heinz and the entire staff. Katie helped me transform three rooms (a study and 2 bedrooms). Her vision, recommendations and final touches were beyond what I could have imagined. She challenged me to go outside of my comfort zone and the results are absolutely stunning. Katie was very patient with me every time I called and questioned a design decision. She would reassure me that all would be fine and she was right. By the end of the project if I questioned something, I just knew not to worry about it because Katie said it would be fine. Throughout the project various other 'one offs' came up, including selecting new siding and lights for the exterior of our home, correcting an error made by another design studio and adding final touches to a recently remodeled bathroom. Katie didn't hesitate to jump in and make time for me on these projects. Every recommendation Katie made was perfect. “Ada and the other ladies who work in the store are just terrific to work with. We have had other furniture pieces made at Eastwood. This time it was a kitchen table that folds up to make it smaller to fit in a smaller house in a retirement community. We took a picture of what we thought would work and they took it from there. “I usually do curbside pick up and the employees are always SO nice and quick! Today I had to go into the store to pick up and was waiting at the customer service desk and overheard Lisa taking care of a customer, noticing a long line at Starbucks and requested help, and also dealt with a customer that was a little rude but she had a smile the whole time! Naseem helped me today and he’s always so polite. I just wanted to leave a good review to recognize how I see these people often and they’re always friendly and make target runs a pleasant experience. Thank you!”
