“Rob went out of his way to make sure I went home with vehicle I really wanted and didn't try to talk me into other options. He located what I was looking for and it was delivered within 24 hours. Rhonda and Bella 🐾 went out of their way to help me get to know my new Forester. I will be a customer for life thanks Adventure Subaru!”

“Owner Dan and son Luke took care of me right away on a busy Monday at the drop of a hat, with my urgent need to replace a turn signal bulb that was out. No easy job on newer vehicles. They are awesome, thanks guys!”

“I had an opportunity to use Gran-Prix Auto Body located in Painesville back in 2020 to have new extended towing mirrors installed on my 2006 F-150 Truck. They did a great job then and was right on budget. Now in March 2023 I needed some corrosion repair done on my F-150 left rear wheel well fender area. The corrosion was not too bad so I wanted to have it fixed before it got any worse. They provided me with an estimate. I had already received 2 other estimates from different shops prior. After looking at reviews for all shops I made my decision to go back to Gran-Prix Auto Body again. Glad I did. When I picked up the truck it looked like it never had a corrosion issue at all. Matter of fact it looked brand new just like it came from the factory. There were no blend areas to see. A Perfect job well done. They exceeded all my expectations and then some. Again they came in on schedule and budget. I would recommend this shop to family, friends or anyone else. They know how to provide customer service and repairs at a fair price. If they are needed again I will go back. Thank you for being there for me.Services: Painting”

“I broke a flag style spade connector on my 1959 Ford at the regulator and Joe found couple of choices that I could retrofit. I described it over the phone first and he knew what I was looking for ------ you won't find that expertise at too many places anymore! Thank you! Keith”

“A Great auto parts store staffed with helpful knowledgeable employees. They would be a 5 star auto parts store if only they were open past 5:00 PM for all the people who only have evenings after 6:00 PM to work on their cars.”

“I'm traveling across the United States driving from Michigan to Pennsylvania. My truck started overheating. I looked up the O'Reilly store. Found it pulled in. Thank goodness. I had a lifetime warranty on my radiator and the gentleman in the store marked Tommy Thomas change my radiator for me while I waited. These guys are amazing you talking about Hands-On customer service. It was amazing cuz I saw that I was stressed a little bit and they're like man we could fix it for you right now instead of waiting cuz it is a Sunday for a place to open up. That would probably take way more of my money. These gentlemen were taken care of very well and I will never go to another store other than this store right here, but in other states of course”

“Got rear ended a few weeks ago at an intersection and the damage was pretty bad with the gas gauge dented to the point it was difficult to open. A friend recommended BC auto shop and Im very impressed by the work that they did! My car looks great and you’d never know it’d been in an accident. Matt was also very easy to communicate with and kept me updated on the progress. And as someone who’s not very car savvy or familiar with the process of insurance and renting cars, it was a relief to have someone who was easy going and personable to walk me through every step. And when I went to pick up my car, it was warmed up for me which I think is awesome. Not sure if that’s a normal thing but I think it just speaks on Matt’s great customer service. Fingers crossed I won’t need repairs anytime soon but if I do I’d definitely be coming back here. Off of my personal experience, I’d definitely recommend BC Auto shop!”

“I took my car in to get a second estimate. Bo flat out told me to take it to a local PDR guy. Bo said he was more interested in the car than making money. I took it where he recommended and 600 dollars later, absolutely beautiful! He saved me at least 1,800.00 from what I was originally quoted. That is rare and so appreciated!”

“Worked with Jason on a vehicle we found online. He was very patient, attentive, and extremely helpful throughout our car buying experience. We live about 3 hours from the dealership, but Jason worked it out to have the car delivered to us to test drive, and ultimately purchase! I would definitely recommend their dealership!”
