“This Marshall's store in particular has top notch customer service :) I had a rather unfortunate incident occur (no fault of my own or the stores) and after explaining my situation to Miss Deborah R and Gerard, I was shown kindness and understanding, which I very much appreciated. In addition, they were able to provide me with a solution that immediately resolved the issue. I'm so glad that there are still nice and kind people in the world and this store definitely has two really great people in their employ. Thank you again Deborah and Gerard!”

“We came in on Monday April 20 and girlie pop Riley (And I’m sorry if I spelled your name wrong hun) But she literally made me log into my Google account to leave this review. If I could give her 1000 stars, I literally would. Not only did we come in to such a happy and sweet person, but she helped us through and through and made sure we left with exactly what we wanted and needed.She went above and beyond and Explained everything about Doc Martin’s, when we knew nothing!! Thank you so much for helping my girlfriend with her first pair.Her smile hasn’t stopped and I WILL be coming back for those brown sandals. Thanks again hun ❤🫶🏾”

There's lots of like... Urban country style, I suppose I'd call it? Lots of hats, jeans with sparkly patterns and stuff, t-shirts, belts, all in that lane. They also have some less ostentatious dress shirts.
Across the board the prices were a little high but not crazy. I feel like there are better options but if this is our niche it's worth checking out for sure.”

“Took our special needs son show shopping last night. His leg braces make stylish shoes difficult to find sometimes. After 5 stores we decided to try JD Sport on the way out. Several pairs he loved instantly. The young man who works there and wears glasses, I wish I got his name, was quick to go get the shoe and help us try them on. After a out 7 pairs of shoes that didn't work he began to patiently make suggestions of what may be wider to fit his brace. After nothing working out we left and came back 3 times. Same boy same patient behavior. This guy is maybe 19 or 20 we tried on 20 pairs of shoes never frustrated never annoyed always patiently waiting to help. We finally as they were closing ran back and got a pair that worked. Our son was floating on the way out so happy. I was extremely impressed with the employee and his attitude toward customer service. We will be looking for shoes there again because of him.”

“I am not a runner and Doug made me feel welcome and understood. I explained that I needed shoes for a lot of walking at Disney and that after wearing my current long distance shoes (Brooks Ghost 17 and others) my feet felt awful. After less than 10 minutes he had narrowed my search down. I picked my favorites and he ordered them in 2 sizes so I could try both. I walked over 15000 steps in my new Brooks Glycerin 23 GTSs at Cedar Point yesterday and I had NO pain. Thank you!!”
