“Went here on 3/25, looking for black slacks and a dress. Brittany (or maybe Bethany) was so helpful in helping me find my size and get a fitting room. I also asked about a blue and green floral dress that I had seen online. She said it was online only but they happened to have one that had been returned. She got it for me and I tried it on and it worked! She was very kind and friendly. I was hesitant to try it on originally as it wasn't the typical size I wear but she was so tactful in saying that if I tried it on, she could then suggest the size that would work. If it wasn't for her tact and kindness, I would not have tried it on. Thank you very much!The lady that rang me out (Susan I think) was very efficient and friendly too. Thanks!”

I was concerned that they would only have athletic type shoes, but I was actually able to find a pair that were dressier.I was surprised that, although there were several employees seen about the store, no one approached to offer assistance. This was not my usual experience when visiting shoe stores in the past.When I brought a pair to the counter for purchase, they suddenly became much more friendly.Note: There is no wheelchair ramp from the parking lot to the high sidewalk. The closest ramp is at the Kohls store, almost 50 yards down the walkway.”
