“We just love this store. The owner, Matt, is a super great guy!! Very friendly, down to earth and has always been very accommodating. During Covid he actually brought our supplies to our house. I can’t say enough good things about Matt, or his store.”
“The best smoke/vape shop in not only Painesville, but all of Lake County. I have been shopping here for over 5 years, have been in many similar shops, and always stick with Smokology because their prices, customer service, and product quality are unmatched. They have weekly raffles and a customer loyalty program, and I just got $20 off a purchase as a birthday reward.
The owner, Maesam, is honestly one of the friendliest business owners I've ever interacted with. She makes everyone feel welcome and it's easy to see how much she genuinely cares about her business and customers. She's also extremely knowledgeable about the industry and the products she sells, and often has the latest new items available before any other shop in the area.
If you smoke, vape, or use anything else that they sell, you definitely need to check this place out if you're not already shopping there. I would rate 6 stars if I could and I don't say that about many businesses. Thank you Mae and I hope you continue to see more success in your future endeavors.”

“The selection of concentrates and consumables is fantastic, and the staff are legendary. If you need glass, stuff to clean the glass, or adapters--they have it. Parking behind the store if the front is full. If you have questions, they can answer them. And if they don't know, they will find out next time you stop by.”

“Really nice vape shop with really friendly employees! This is my husband’s favorite shop and he buys all of his vapes here and won’t go anywhere else. I love it here too but wish they had more options for disposable flavors and mg’s.
Update - Went in recently and they had added ALOT of disposable options since last time I went!”

“Employee was super cool and nice, and very helpful. I just wish this cart contained less Delta-8 than thcp or THCA..... Kinda disappointed in the unintentional misdirection.
Edit: I was provided a disposable of equivalent value that what was more of what I was looking for. Excellent shop, always takes care of me.
Hixotic HHC + HHC-P is one of their best products.

“Only vape shop I'll visit. I've purchased 2 mods, and TONS of juice and coils. Always a great selection, and always have my favorite juice on hand. Both staff members are polite and helpful. Sometimes I even just let them make recommendations and a new flavor, just to change it up a bit. I never feel like a stranger when I visit, and I'm always in and out quickly, which helps me go on about my day!
