“Hey, I’m a resident of Miamisburg, I come to Kroger‘s on Heineke are Austin and almost every day one day I was in a really quick rush and I was I forgot to pump my gas I was picking my niece up from daycare and I didn’t want to be late so I came right back Once I realized what I did it wasn’t even 10 minutes. I understand that’s a long time when it comes to not pumping your gas and it was my fault that I forgot, but she gave me a receipt because she remembered me and said that I will receive a refund for the $15 That I Paid but the money never went on my card it has been at least a month and a half. I’ve called and talked to the manager. Also the clerk that actually rang me up and the matter still hasn’t been resolved. I used my Kroger‘s plus card so they were definitely able to pinpoint my purchase. I love Kroger but I would definitely like my $15 back lol”

“I would like to start by saying I never thought I was going to make a review of a gas station before 🤣 walking into the store, I was expecting it to be like all the rest of them, but I was walking down. I'm very, very kindly and well. Well helped.

Was well accessible and I really enjoyed speaking to the owner very polite and very respectful person. Honestly, I wish I lived here where I could come back here every day because if I did, I would and there's new day and age I feel that we've all forgot about the small stores and go to these big box stores that you don't genuinely get the service like this store offers. If it was very repetitive, going to these big companies, you get the same thing every single time. And it really it makes you see what a paycheck will do for you.”

“Sometimes Ive had to wait but totally understandable because beer or pop vendors need to drop off product and management has to make sure everything is accounted for.(just bad timing ?) but every employee has helped me has been great! Especially 444.....you know who you are ?”
“Even though gas is at over $4 per gallon, the gas at this Kroger's Gas Station went right in my car it worked perfect. No complaints. And even better I had like 70 cents off per gallon, because of my Kroger fuel points. That's a plus for sure.”
