“AMAZING UNIT!!! AMAZING EMPLOYEES!! PROFESSIONAL MANAGERIAL STAFF!!! These people are all around the friendliest, efficient and thorough staff on Customer Service. They offer passports and fast lines of service. Those low ratings from 2 years ago and beyond are GONE!! THE ENTIRE STAFF HAS REVAMPED FOR SUCCESS!!”
“I was sending a package out of State. I was concerned because I wasn't receiving info on tracking. I called Springboro USPS and talked to a supervisor. He was very helpful, and took time to explain a few things. Then he followed up via phone just to verify it was delivered. Thank you so much Brian. You went above and beyond.”
“The post office employees are always polite, courteous, and professional...this includes both windows workers and my carrier. Thank you for performing such a valuable service!”
“Excellent service from staff! Their patience was very professional when dealing with someone who had a lot of questions for them about some services. Was impressed ?”
“I had a unique situation and called to figure out a way forward. Amanda was so nice and kind and I didn't know she was the supervisor until later in the conversation. I sent the information to my mom and my mom said Amanda had already informed the clerks of the situation and there were no problems with mailing the package. Stellar service! This was the fourth post office involved as the first one didn't know the regulations and the second and third didn't answer the phone. Highly recommend for any unique postal situations. Thank you again!”
