“The Ross Post Office is very convenient. It is seldom as crowded as some other branches. Cindy is the Postmistress who is there most days. She always has a smile and is knowledgeable and helpful. “I went here to initiate a shipment for an eBay sale. The one close to my house had closed, so I drove to here. I stood in a line that was well expedited; everyone was treated with kindness; and this was my first Ground Advantage shipment in a while (I mostly buy on eBay), and the staff was more than helpful in helping me to get it moving. “They have always been attentive to my son an I. We have gotten a po box an now get our packages threw this office so they are not stollen. They know us and start getting our packages together before we even get our yellow card up to the counter if they are not with other customers. Some of our packages are odd like the 10' roll of paper i needed for my studio and they never gave us a hard time over it. Everyone I have met at the counter has always been very kind to us. I have seen customers actingout, it's not the best neighborhood, but yet when we get to the counter afterward they are still very friendly despite their previous encounter. I have renewed my box and am happy to keep using this location.”
“Every single employee at the desk is fantastic. I never have any issues and they are always so kind! I drop off up to 50 packages at a time and they never give me any rudeness about it! “4 years ago i had issues with this post office but i am pleased to say things have tremendously improved.I had several packages being held and the tracking was all screwed up. After stopping in the post office, Dion had not only brought everything out for me, including several slips, but took the time to try n figure out what happened aswell and ensure that this was resolved.The friendly and professional service provided this morning has truly impressed me, and i am even more confident that even if i have a us mail issue, the office will get me taken care of.If i had to offer criticism, guys, please answer your phone during your posted open hours.Thank you guys very much again in resolving my issues and being very friendly, professional, and fast!Richard Lehner”

“A little gruff at times, but I have always left feeling all my postal needs are efficiently taken care of. This has been both in person and over the phone. My experiences have always been mostly positive. During the holiday season, the line moved at an adequate pace. On my last visit, they were out of the smaller priority boxes I was looking for. This ment I had to pay additional shipping for using the larger box. In part this is due to poor planning on my part. I could not return another day, so I had to utilize the options available. Parking lot is amply sized for the number of people who frequently use this location. There are always more cars in the lot than people inside. These are either the cars of employees, or people visiting the surrounding residential areas.”

“I’ve been using this post office for 3 years and haven’t had a single issue. I send certified mail every couple months and they were kind enough to give me a small stack of slips to use so I can fill them out at home. I sell a few items online and they get shipped out quickly. Service is relatively fast compared to most other post offices I’ve used. Great little post office.”
