“This postal office had the best customer service! Friendly, polite, professional assistance. Every time I need to stop there to sent a package I receive the same warm and helpful service.”
“as an old person myself, I usually find reviews similar to the one left about old people and attitudes to be slightly skeptical or I guess I should say I’m somewhat skeptical of those type of reviews myself, however in this case while the people at their face value are generally nice enough. I cannot disagree with that person‘s view of the Werk Avenue branch.”

“The Ross Post Office is very convenient. It is seldom as crowded as some other branches. Cindy is the Postmistress who is there most days. She always has a smile and is knowledgeable and helpful. Whenever we have had a problem or a question, she has been able to help us.We are always happy to see her.”
“Since Fall of 2023 I've used this post office to ship out a large number of goods. They've always done well. I also get my mail from them and I've only once had a problem receiving mail in the two years I've lived back in the area. Very happy with them!”

“Had used a used box for sending my test strips. The box was one that a phone had come in so there were battery logos on it. Postal worker identified this and taped up the box to hide these markings. Very thorough job on their part. Thank you for your help.”

“I just want to take the time to say how absolutely LOVELY and kind the people who work at this specific location are. They are quick and efficient while still being so hospitable. I purposely come to the counter instead of using the self check out because I truthfully enjoy every interaction I have with these people. I hope this message finds them and they get the praise and thanks they deserve.”

“Every single employee at the desk is fantastic. I never have any issues and they are always so kind! I drop off up to 50 packages at a time and they never give me any rudeness about it! I drive the extra couple of minutes to go to this one over the one on Werk Road just for the customer service! Thank you guys for doing what you do!”

“I’ve been using this post office for 3 years and haven’t had a single issue. I send certified mail every couple months and they were kind enough to give me a small stack of slips to use so I can fill them out at home. I sell a few items online and they get shipped out quickly. Service is relatively fast compared to most other post offices I’ve used. Great little post office.”
