Had to visit one location several times to sort out an issue. Ended up going to a second location 3 times as well as several phone conversations to resolve it. Frankly, if our mortgage rate could have been matched we would have considered taking the mortgage elsewhere.

My main branch. Allan and the entire team are very personable, knowledgeable about the various offers, and go out of the way to help. Never a long line here.
