“I LOVE Third Federal. They are a 'local' bank and, in my experience, they have treated their customers with fairness and dignity. When I bought my house over 30 years ago I got my mortgage with them. Over time, they have never sprung any surprise fees on us. Their online banking is, at least for me, easy to use.”

“I have been a customer and member of citizens for the better part of 7 years now, with this Branch being my main branch as I live a few miles away. Had a fraudulent charge and was immediately refunded for the fraudulent activity. I needed my new card faster than what it would take for it to be shipped to me, so I went in today and had a new one printed out. Dan was the employee that helped me out, and outside of business, we were able to speak for 5 to 10 minutes about other things and he was incredibly cool, laid-back and professional. I really appreciate the help, dan!”

Recently, I’ve been having an issue with my account and Austin was more than happy to help me out with it.
