“This space is so fun!! A great mini adventure, perfect for some indoor enrichment during the long slog of Cleveland winter. There are so many cool and interactive photo spots to choose from, and creative surprises await around each corner. Also got to meet Coco herself, and she is so friendly and kind! Highly recommend this spot (not to mention then you're already at the 5th Street Arcade/Downtown, which is the perfect launching spot for more adventures)!”

“Knew what we wanted when we walked in, Jay guided us, wasn’t pushy, gave us space after he showed us some options. Made our selection and purchase easy. They had our chair in stock and delivery was scheduled for a couple days later. Overall nice experience.”
“We had a wonderful experience with Jay at Levin Mattress. He was thorough, professional and very knowledgeable. He explained all our options, was very helpful in making sure our comfort level was addressed and budget was respected. So glad we chose Levin!”
“After 24+ years with a Sleep Number mattress, it was time to look for something new. Because of our past experience, we decided to look for a new Sleep Number mattress with an adjustable frame and stopped at the Strongsville store. For the most part we worked with Kelli, and she was very knowledgeable, patient and great to work with! Scott took care of placing the order for us as Kelli was out and he was also a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this store if you're in the market for a Sleep Number mattress and/or frame”
“Joey was not too pushy, we really appreciated that he matched the Black Friday deal online for the mattress we wanted. The delivery process was smooth, they even unboxed it for a few days to off gas it for us before delivery. 10/10 recommend this store”
“I love this place. They always have our backs when we need a quick part in a pinch for our own business just down the street. Professional and knowledgeable guys!”
“Chris was extremely helpful and kind helping us find the right piece of furniture for our shop. We appreciate the patience and overall just a really nice experience. This place has some really stunning furniture.”
“I have been buying from Fish Furniture for about 17 years now. All of our major furniture purchases have come from them, including our Flexsteel sectional that was delivered today. It is so beautiful and well made. I have always reached out to Cheri whenever I was ready to buy and she is absolutely amazing to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable and so helpful every step of the way. Delivery today was super smooth thanks to Robert and David. All around another perfect purchase from Fish Furniture.”
“Nick and his team made the conversion of our wood-burning fireplace to gas easy. The customer service and installation process was top-notch. We love how realistic the fire looks and appreciate how many adjustments can be made with the remote for the heat output, lighting, and blower. This has been the perfect winter for our cozy new fireplace.”
“We had an amazing experience with Kenny at Earla’s! He was fun to work with, knew what he was talking about, and made the overall experience worth the money spent! We look forward to working with Kenny and Earla’s on future home purchases!”
“I was reluctant to spend this much money on a bed. My husband had no reservations, and he was all in. We have had our bed now for 30 days. I purposely waited to write this to give it a “real review”. I’m wholeheartedly telling the truth when I say I haven’t slept this well in years. I literally can’t believe it. The pain points my husband and I had are no longer present. I don’t toss and turn anymore and am waking up with less than 8 hours of sleep feeling completely rested and not yawning in the morning. It’s really unbelievable. I have one regret, and it’s not buying one 10 years ago when my husband wanted to. This thing has changed our life. I really thought I’d find something I don’t love about the bed, that’s not the case. Oh yeah, and spend the extra money on their plllows. We’ve bought 20 different pillows over the years ranging from $25-$200. This pillow is the best yet.”
“Good customer service, decent products diverse amount of selections, but a little pricey for quality, example 4/6drawer dressor cheaper version should cost
$300max there's was $499”
“This store is amazing. The furniture is beautiful and the quality is excellent. More important the customer service is exceptional! Jen is awesome. Even helped with paint and flooring suggestions. I highly recommend them.”
“This was my first time visiting the Brunswick location, and I was very happy with their selection. Kirby (I hope I’m spelling her name right) was beyond helpful and patient with me. She answered all of my questions and recommended a product to help keep my flowers looking their best until the end of their season. I wanted to leave a review because this type of assistance and service doesn’t really happen anymore. Thank you!”

“This place is a hidden gem! Very unique pieces of furniture and decor. I love that the store is all priced with QR codes to see exactly what discount you would receive for each item.”
“My daughter and I visited today for the first time and we are very happy we found this place and can’t wait to go back. We found a variety of items, vintage, second hand and handmade. Our items were very reasonably priced. We were greeted, someone helped us with questions and were very friendly .”
“Saw them on TikTok advertising Queen mattress and box spring sets for $79 and thought it was too go to be true for someone in desperate need of a new bed. I went online and was delighted to find pictures of everything that have listed, and everything is SO CHEAP it feels illegal. Found the deal and purchased right away. Pick up was a breeze and everyone was so nice and helpful. I will be returning for future purchases!”

“This furniture shop had better customer service than I expected. I accidentally gave the wrong room measurements while ordering a desk, and the staff double-checked before delivery to avoid problems. That small extra effort honestly saved me from buying the wrong size completely.”
