“This is the best pharmacy ever. They are courteous, friendly, efficient, kind. I have seen an abusive, rude customer literally yell at one of the techs totally without justification, and the tech and all the workers remained calm and polite. The pharmacist has called me several times to ask about other meds and make sure I was aware of side-effects or whatever. Great pharmacy!”

“Only one issue with this CVS, but for me, it's been a frequent one this year. Regarding the pharmacy - for the last few months, if I try to call in to the pharmacist, I sit on hold for a while and eventually hang up because no one answers the line. Typically I give up around 10-15 minutes, and it's been consistent. No other complaints about this location.”
“Walgreens have a lot of things that you can get when you go there You just have to know what you want and go through the hours and read the signs and and get what you need it's in and out a lot of times cuz by they have registers to self check registers they have two up in the front at the one on Pearl and Middleburg and Middleburg heights and I thought that was very convenient cuz that allowed a ladies to and the gentlemen to do what they have to do on the floor”

“I had an issue with a glass jar of almond butter. While stirring the contents of the jar, the butter knife I was using popped through the bottom of the jar, and I almost got cut by the huge glass shard. Needless to say, the almond butter was rendered useless. I called the Southland store, and a helpful manager by the name of Tyler told me to bring in the store receipt, and they would make an exchange. I did just that, and Dorian at customer service was efficient in assisting me.
Both of these gentlemen were very professional and very empathetic, and they are great ambassadors for the Marc’s brand. Kudos to both of them!”
