“Arthurs is the best! I’ve gotten several gifts here as well as shoes for myself! The staff is absolutely amazing and SO helpful! Before I was even a customer they followed me on social media where I shared my health journey/struggles of rare diseases and life saving surgeries. “Sales clerk was very friendly and extremely good with my granddaughter. Only problem which is a huge one she did not fit her correctly and we are stuck with shoes that are way to big. She had wore the shoes for four days before we realized the fit was wrong, now they can't be returned. It was a waste.of money which was expensive for a baby shoe anyways.”

“You know what...their clothes are a lil expensive for the quality and it's not typically my type of fashion but I will say they way the tend to you is pretty impressive. I had a girl making up several outfits for me and I thought that this was fun! It was neat to see what she put together for me and it wasn't like she just grabbed what she wanted to sell. She was actually asking me what kind of jeans and colors I like and what I usually like to wear. The best part is when I was in the fitting room she would be within a year shot away so I didn't have to get all dressed and shoes on just to grab a smaller size on the floor and head back in the fitting room to do it all over again. This definitely cut down on time and made things so much easier. They will clean up your fitting room when you're done so you can just get out of there. The best thing about this store is they offer 10% off for Military. I tend to stay loyal to stores who offer a Military discount.”

I've gotten some Docs and Chucks here recently and am super pleased. They also have a fun selection of socks and shoes with designs, size permitting. The store is on the smaller side, but it's perfect for the amount of stuff they sell.”

“The people that work here are great. Positive attitudes and very helpful. I love the clothes and coats at Eddie Bauer, although a little pricey, worth it because it's quality and they have a great warranty. This visit, Jen & Ben helped me exchange a coat that I was having issues with. Ben was new (although at first I couldn't tell, he told me) but had great confidence and was very friendly. His manager, Jen, gave him the space to try this return on his own and he almost did it but there was some confusion so she stepped in. Great team work and great interaction amongst them. I felt like they were friends of mine and we were figuring it out together. It was resolved and I got my new coat. I was very pleased.”

“Went today to the store around 1:00-2:00 PM and bought a pair of tennis shoes and boots. The attendants who worked there were extremely professional and made sure I walked out with a buy a pair and get half off another pair deal. They also recommended that I join their rewards membership and I got an additional 10 percent off on top of the deal. One attendant got a ladder and got my size of shoes down from the higher shelfs with a genuine smile on his face. Give these workers a nice reward. They have earned it. Showed the best customer service and attitude I have seen in awhile from anywhere. A+++ service I will be back.”

“So I came in to Shoe Depot and I really had no expectations. I didn’t know what I wanted. I asked for help from any worker, and I was disappointed that who came over was a kid who looked like he was anywhere from 11-16. What I didn’t know is that the guy, his name was Dominic, was very knowledgeable in the shoe department. I gave him my interests, and he picked out the best shoe possible. “Well the worker was super helpful but the shoes suck they have a rigid toe that literally puts a dent into the top of my foot it is extremely painful after just a few minutes wearing them I will unfortunately attempt to change them with your store”
