“My mom is disabled, and we bought her a La-Z-Boy recliner at Halstead's. The reclining mechanism stopped working shortly after the warranty expired. Ann and team were amazing. They had tremendous empathy for mom's predicament: she needs a recliner that helps her transition to/from her wheelchair, and was very distressed. They found a solution as quickly as possible, and worked with maintenance at mom's assisted living facility to fix the chair. I am so grateful. The next time mom needs a recliner, I will definitely buy it from Halstead's. Their customer service is excellent.”
