“The saleswoman was kind, respectful, knowledgeable and I was very glad she gave me space to test out the mattresses without hovering. She answered all of my questions without the typical sales pitches. She looked up both mattresses i had considered purchasing to see if the warehouse/factory where they're built in Cleveland, and both were in stock. I ended up driving there and purchase a king size set size. I didn't have have too as they would have shipped it to the Mentor location within 4 days, I just didn't want to wait. So far I'm very pleased with my purchase. My impression of The Original Mattress Factory is that this is a company I'd highly recommend to family and friends and will be a customer for life.
