“I had placed an online order through the Verizon app for my son to pick up in store. Verizon’s systems were a mess and didn’t communicate the correct information to the store. However, the people at Victra in Middlefield, OH are great. I live out of state and we were working to replace my son’s broken phone who attends school there. They worked quickly to assist us in getting the online order cancelled and refunded and replaced his phone. They did more than they had to, to make it right, for a communication problem that wasn’t any fault of theirs. Definitely recommend their store. First class customer service.”
