“I've been a Fifth Third customer all my life as an adult but I had a few bad experiences and finally decide to give my husband's thank a try. I've had nothing but good experiences here. Also like the fact that my credit card from Chase I can just easily come in and pay the person. Since covid-19 sings changed of course the drive-thru is no longer open. You can't give them money and they can't give you money everything's through the ATM. I don't see the difference between handing them a check and heading them money. It's not like either one is sterile we're not been touched by you. Since covid-19 total remodeled instead of walking up to the bank counter they have desks no counter at all there's a like an ATM kiosk thing in the front of the bank where the counter used to be. I haven't been inside a bank since so it was what kind of threw me a little bit. But the times I've dealt with the employees at Chase they've been efficient and polite which is the opposite of what Fifth Third was”
