“The girl who helped me when I came in was knowledgeable about the shoes. I didn't feel like there was much of a selection for wider feet but didn't really get enough time to look. The store was pretty busy and the isles were kinda narrow so it made browsing a bit uncomfortable. I will try again when it's less busy.”
“I returned a Christmas gift today that was too big: A brown suede and leather coat. It’s a beautiful piece, but they didn’t have my size online. Gary (who I assume is the manager?) was incredible. He returned the item, found one in my size in another store (he said Stanford, so I assume California) and it’s being shipped to my house as we speak. He spent a lot of time working with me today, was extremely professional, and I left the store with a new jacket on the way and a satisfaction I haven’t had with a retail store in a long time.”
“First time I had been in a Rally House store. Plenty of items for fans of any team in the tri-state area. Prices are a little high but good quality merchandise. I bought a nice UK pullover.”
“Very kind and helpful staff. When we walked in, we could immediately smell that it was clean without it being overwhelmingly strong and migraine inducing. The store is very organized and laid out well, probably one of the best we've seen. Prices are competitively priced. If you need a nice outfit on the fly at a reasonable price, then this is the place to go.”

“Expansive selection of men's underwear, from the traditional (Briefs, boxer briefs,etc) to the more unusual (bikinis, thongs). Give a men's thong a try! Employees were extremely helpful.”
“Great spot, insane deals, caring employees. The dude I talked with today was willing to match a really strong online deal that was out of stock on their site. They had that same shoe in my size and he matched the online price. He also checked/found backstock on a new pair of authentics that was out of my size on the shelf. The deals they have in here are solid, and if you're kind and respectful with the employees, you get the same in return. You're fast asleep if you're not stopping in here when you're in the area.”
“Wanted to get a good board for my son’s birthday. He’s casually skated on a board from target but wanted something more than just a retail-off-the-self-option. Last time I skated was decades ago, so I for sure didn’t feel like I knew what I was doing. The sales associate (I wish I’d gotten their name) was so helpful in walking us through the different options. It was assembled for us and it looks awesome. My son will be pleased. I would highly recommend this skate shop to anyone looking for a board. If I can I’ll try and post a pic later.”

She knew what each pair was good for and understood the look we were going for. Five-star customer service and five-star product knowledge. Could not ask for a better experience. “It's a bigger Old Navy than I've seen before, but similar to others. Lots of options for women and men, but I was disappointed in the kids selection. For such a big store they had very little. Not sure if it was just a restaging for season change or what, but my daughter was disappointed as was I. The staff was also all pretty much over in one area and never said hello or anything when we walked by.”
