Thinner walls, so don't expect zero noise from neighbors, but I thinks that's the case with most apartments.”

“My partner and I love living at Palmera. We recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking in the area. From the property manager (shout out Carly) to the maintenance team (shout out Bill), they go above and beyond to take care of you.
Maintenance has always responded within 24 hours, if not resolved by then (because they are that quick)! The management staff are kind and very proficient at maintaining a beautiful community surrounded by nature. Of course the amenities are top notch - providing popsicles on a hot summer pool day, the endless walking trails around nature preserves, and those are just a few. The point is, we love it here!”

“I have been residing at Springs at Liberty Township Apartments for about 4 months now and just wanted to give a shout out to the maintenance team, specifically Stuart! I've put in several request for minor repairs around the apartment and the maintenance team has responded quickly, and are always courteous and professional. My mom had a safety bar installed in the bathroom that required Stuart to drill into the wall. When he asked my mom for a broom so he could sweep up the mess, he became my mom's best friend! Lol!”

“I absolutely LOVE this apartment in its entirety! Where do I begin? My most favorite part is the kitchen and I spend a lot of time in there ? it’s a dream kitchen for someone who loves to cook or snack (I do both haha).

My dog pretty much took over the rest of the place, he sleeps in my chair in the living room or looks out the windows, lounges in the humongous closet, gazes out the balcony window, whatever he feels like - I just pay the rent at this point. Lots and lots of sunlight. Even with one window in the bedroom, my room is still as bright as ever.

Spacious bathroom - as someone previously commented, I was initally bummed out about not having a tub because I like to use bath bombs, but the walk-in shower is HUGE and has a ceiling light that gives off spa ambience, I feel like I’m not missing out on anything.

The grounds are BEAUTIFUL, I enjoy walking my dog, plenty of space to do his business and giving others space to enjoy the grass. The pool is humongous and sparkling, plenty of lounge space. Plenty of parking!

Steps away from Liberty Center, but distant enough from the chaos, it’s mostly quiet from where I am.

Great leasing office team, I’m amazed at how they can handle onboarding tenants and manage construction at the same time, it’s a huge undertaking, but they are so calm, professional and available to answer any questions. I also try to reciprocate abundance of grace as we all navigate the nuances of new builds!

Overall, I am very happy with my stay I could write a few chapters on everything I love about this place, but short version - I immediately felt at home from day one.”
