“Always a pleasure at petco the only thing I would have to say is that our location Middletown / Franklin is a Mini Store and some items are not stocked on the shelves or store don't carry items. Forcing us to have to purchase online if possible or very least try substituting with alternative product etc. Have had fish and 3 dogs my whole adult life and when the first local pet shop closed we transferred our business to yall. Thanks for that ??”

“Thought being a large company as they are, that I could find a special harness for dogs with IVDD spinal disease. They only carry regular harnesses. Very Disappointed in limited harness selection. Therefore I purchased IVDD harness from another company. Was even more disappointed that I could not locate an associate to assist me during my 25 min. in store. So walked out.”
“I like Divers you can still find a few things that you can't find at the big box stores, one of them is service you walk into their store somebody will ask you if you need help, if you have any questions they will try to help you with those. I'm old enough to remember how it was before the big box stores took over everything.”
