“I went to Autozone on a cold rainy day to get a new wiper blade and some windshield fluid de icer. I had both my kids with me ages 3 to 1. After purchasing, the gentleman name Arthur P. said go ahead and get your kids set up in the car and I'll put the windshield wiper on and top you off with windshield fluid. He was so nice in the store to my son who wants to be involved and help. That meant so much to me seeing my sons face light up. It's the little things. That's what customer service is all about. I'm not sure if that is a policy of Autozone, but just wanted to give recognition to Arthur for making our day brighter on a cold, rainy, overcast day. Thank you.”
“In November 2024 we purchased a brand-new Toyota Rava 4 from Firelands Toyota of Wooster. 6 months later an individual accidently struck our door panel with a shopping cart. It put a large noticeable dent in the door panel. We felt terrible having to look at that damage in a vehicle we had just purchased brand new. So, we took it to Firelands Collision Center in Norwalk to be repaired. They did a great job repairing the damage. Proof is in the results that they are a first-class collision business. We dealt with Brooke and Jake whom both were very courteous and professional. Hopefully we never have to go through this again but if we do, we won’t hesitate to return to Firelands Collision center for any repairs.

“Back in the 2000's my vehicle fleet was 8 to 10 years old and needed auto repairs at times and went to Jim's to get parts that were available from other cars great experience. When dealing with this establishment back then he always seemed to put the customer first and went the extra mile.
Haven't had the need to go back and have any service or parts as my fleet of vehicles has gotten newer.
Had a issue recently with a engine problem contacted Jim the new exactly the fix and quoted price could get me in right away. Took the vehicle over and he repaired the vehicle in a timely manner went the extra mile and installed Factory parts. When questioning him about issues with this type of engine he was more than eager to help explain preventative measures to keep the car running for a very long time.
He seems to be a very hard worker which is rare. And still seems to put the customers first. I paid for my purchase and gave him a tip just because he cares. Thanks Bud.”

However, the other shop didn't take photos they needed for the claim. Not only did precision keep the photos but sent them over for the customer to help process their claim free of charge. These guys are doing the right things for the right reasons. That's worth extra money and can be the difference between getting your claim paid quickly and the claim being a hassle.”

“Had a gate at my job malfunction and close on me while coming in. Destroyed the side of my car pretty badly. Popped my back tire and ripped through the paint front to back.
These guy did such a good job of fixing my vehicle is looked as nice as the day I pulled my vehicle, new, from the lot. They also fixed some dents and dings that weren't part of the damage and fix some other trim pieces that popped up over time and reseated them
