“I'm long overdue on this review but over three years ago, I walked into this gym and had no idea it would change me in all the ways it has.
This gym creates an environment where you feel welcomed, challenged, and supported no matter where you’re starting from. It’s the community, the support, the encouragement, and the hardworking people who show up consistently for themselves and for each other.
What I’ve gained here goes far beyond physical strength. The discipline, confidence, and mindset I’ve built inside these walls have spilled over into so many other areas of my life.

“This is a great club. Check in is easy and fast. The front desk is always excited to see you, the motivation is all around you. The members and staff is always ready to help you with any questions and support.The pool is clean, the equipment is easy to use. They have an air system to add and takeaway tensions. “Our sons's baseball team comes here for practice when it's wet and rainy outside. A cool feature they have is the HitTrax simulator system, telling you how fast your pitch is, how far your ball is hit with exit velo, if your hit would have been caught out or an on base hit (or even home run). They have a large open truf area, the batting cage with HitTrax, and several other batting cages with pitching machines. If you or you kiddo needs some batting help, I highly recommend DNA Sports Center!”
