“We went on a search for new light fixtures and I am so happy that I stopped here! Our fixtures we chose are beautiful and were within our budget. Ann went above and beyond to help us. We came in on a Friday in a pinch because we needed fixtures for a project starting on Monday. We hadn’t gotten fixtures in 17 years and didn’t know they needed to be ordered. She was gracious to sell us floor models. Others workers helped to wrap and load them safely for a trip home. They are a great business!”
“I cannot go into this store without finding something for myself or someone else. Wonderfully curated so nothing is average. It's amazing for gifts!!! Everything there is handmade, which I love. I've gotten clothing, planters, casserole & serving platters, artwork, stickers, journals, cards...so far. There's a small parking lot in back but I find it easier to park on the street, (there's been plenty of room anytime I've gone). It's a must visit for me when I visit Cincinatti. I wish all local shops were this cool & friendly.”
“I went looking for a specific weight of yarn for a project and found every weight but the one I was looking for. This store didn't have as big a yarn selection as the Hyde Park store does. It's convenient in a pinch, but I think I would rather make the trip to Hyde Park where the selection is larger.”
“Their brand of yarn, I LoveThis Yarn, both acrylic and cotton is some of the softest yarn I've ever worked with. Plenty of color choices, too! They didn't have enough on hand of a color I needed, but I asked for a Raincheck, and had the yarn by the next week. They even honored the sale price.”
“Very helpful sales staff! Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and patient as well. We bought recliners with and without power lifts, and had lots of questions, which our sales rep answered thoroughly. He explained the delivery process and warranty information in detail. The prices are quite good for the quality of the products received.”

“I love this store because of the atmosphere and how welcoming it feels. I have been there many times just in the past year because they have so many different things you can look for. Every birthday that has come up, the first place I visit is Bizarre Bazaar because I know I can find something for everyone. My family loves to stop by every so often and I find myself leaving with something new every time because of how many things they have that I didn’t know I wanted. One day in particular, my mom and I were shopping for my younger cousins for Christmas and we found them both the most perfect presents and I also decided to get something for myself as well as I found many things I knew I would come back for for future presents.”

The Sacksteder team was so helpful and took a great deal of time explaining the difference in the materials to find the best fit for our dining room needs and comfort for our members. Due to this experience we have added some lamps and accessories from Sacksteders to touch up outdated areas.”

“This Hobby Lobby had a good selection of slot cars. Not what everyone thinks of when you think hobby lobby but they are one of the few places to find em on the shelf. They are in a case separate from the diecast cars.”

“I can't say enough about my positive experience at the Cincy Sleep Number store. Danny, the sleep associate was so helpful. He listened to my concerns, and answered all my questions (I had quite a few:). I tried out various mattresses that would work for my paticular needs. Danny was patient and never pressured me to make a purchase. Great store and great service.”

“Fun to walk through and spend a couple hours, took a star off though for the fact that IKEA sells dressers of specific specifications but then doesn't sell drawer storage inside the drawers that matches the dressers dimensions which is annoying.”

I noticed a recent review mention the store being messy or crowded—but it’s important to recognize the broader retail landscape. During peak seasons like Ohio’s tax-free shopping period (August 1–14) or the holidays, nearly every store experiences high foot traffic and fast-paced inventory turnover. These are challenges for any retail team, especially in today’s environment where higher wages - lead to staffing constraints, and evolving customer expectations all play a role in operations.
Retail looks different today than it did even just a few years ago, and many stores are doing their best to adapt while still offering quality service and affordability. I appreciate the effort the staff puts in and will definitely continue to shop here! I’ve always had a great experience.”
